All mention was great in treating there guest with respect and the up most courtesy. Please let each of these individuals know that we will be back because of there service and lets not forget Franscoir, and Jose, and Santanna. The one and only DREAM TEAM!!!

The lobby was beautiful - one of the nicer lobbies for a hotel I've stayed at. Lots of nice couches. There is an elegant staircase which is a nice touch. The room was very comfortable and spacious enough. The location is also great. It's a 10 minute walk from the Farragut North Metro station, which you can use to come from Union Station, if you're arriving there. And it's about 15 minutes away from Dupont Circle, which is one of the nicer areas in town with lots of good spots nearby.

The only thing I'd say is that it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room. A lot of hotels have this in the room. Otherwise, I really can't complain.

The staff was very nice. I got to check in my room very early, which was a game-changer after a red-eye flight. That was so unexpectedly wonderful.

One towel didn’t seem washed and 1 out of the 4 pillows on my bed was very smelly.

location was convenient as I was there for work training. The casual and informal dining for great to know that I could select a decent and healthy meal right there at the hotel

Not the hotel's fault, but I was exhausted from long flight and not able to check in early. Again - not the hotel's fault as they were fully booked the previous night.

Thé staff was very nice and efficient . The energy of the front desk makes a lot of positive in our stay in the hotel The hotel is well decorated , and it makes us feel well .

Conforter had a big stain , they shouldn’t have make the bed with it . The vacuum wasn’t done properly as I found some Leaves of artificial rose on the floor ans more under bed. Also no restaurant in the hotel

Excellent location. Nicely decorated lobby and friendly staff. Very comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. Very courteous doormen. Housekeeping service excellent.

On my second night only one elevator seemed to be working properly out of three. Not great for a busy hotel. No prices advertised for minibar. I would have preferred an empty refrigerator for personal items given drinks and snacks were available to grab and go in the lobby.

Location was ok. The staff went above and beyond. The hotel was clean. Overall I would stay there again .

There was no access to food from early in the night. People eat all the time especially if you’re late traveling in. Food service could be an added bonus for guests

The room and hotel in general was clean and quiet. Staff was very polite and helpful.

The bathroom was too small. Parking in the garage was not good at all for the price we are charged. The space to drive in is very narrow , and the space to drive around to find parking is also very narrow. It is easy for someone's car to get damage. Also it is not fair that we have to walk up the same ramp the cars drive in and out of to get out of the parking garage.

Andy your evening overnight manager is superb for a night owl. Very Hospitable!

The front desk ladies were either hit or miss. One in particular was dismissive. Busy looking at her apple watch , while I was standing patiently requesting for a key renewal. Her co worker begrudgingly made a key but didn’t ask me for ID

I liked the location, and the facilities.The staff was very friendly. The store at the main floor is a good idea, and the breakfast was excellent.

I would have liked them to give me some additional tourist information, some recommendations of the city would have been excellent.
