Excellent location, clean, tidy and good value for money.
Single lift and very slow. No tea/coffee facilities in bedrooms, small TV and outdated decor. I got what I paid for and was good value. Would stay here again.

The location is excellent. short walking distance to restaurants. next door to a fancy restaurant Viceroy. close to a lovely park on Logan Circle, which looks to be surrounded by residences and is used as a bit of a common area with people reading, walking, picnicking. i was in town for a concert at Lincoln Theatre and it was a lovely 30 minutes walk. Good location for an Uber pick up. Most of my UberXL were $12-15 to various locations, including tour pick up locations and also Union Station. Hotel staff was generally friendly. Bed was adequately comfortable.
Don’t expect anything but bare bones amenities, nor should you for the price. No breakfast, small room size, and toilet was easy to clog. Desk couldn’t find a plunger for me, had to wait for maintenance to come in, which was about an hour. My request was forgotten, I think because of a shift change, i had better luck with my second request and got my hands on a plunger, toilet unclogged.

Our room seemed to have been newly renovated, it was clean, the beds were comfy. It had a great location (close to groceries, restaurants, sights, etc.) in a safe neighborhood. The bathroom was well equipped (hair dryer, shampoo, towels, soap, etc.) We'd read reviews online about bedbugs, so we were a bit worried and started our stay with a thorough bed-check, but the cleanliness proved to be near impeccable.
The guy in the front desk barely talked to us, and even when he was, he never looked at us. He had Airpods in his ears throughout our check-in. It felt an interrogation when we wanted to get any useful information out of him, not nearly like a welcome in a hotel.

We loved the price, value, and location - everything is within walking distance! We had a decent room for 2 adults and a child in the rear side of the bldg, away from the main road where fire trucks or ambulances would have woken up my nephew. The room and bathroom were cleaned every day as well. Polite staff, thank you!
I didn't like that there was someone parked right behind our room, and they woke us up the first morning around 6 because of loud metallic clanging for about 10 minutes straight. Not sure if it was a worker or a tenant in the area, but that was not a good time. Also, the bathroom had baby roaches under the sink; we just squished them with toilet paper and flush them. With my frequent travel, it's kind of expected in big cities.

Although the room was not large, it was adequate for my needs, clean and tidy. The location was excellent, the staff pleasant and I enjoyed having en-suite facilities. The price was reasonable and I was happy to be able to utilise the tea/coffee making facilities in the common foyer area. All in all, an uncomplicated stay.
It would have been nice to have a bigger room, tea and coffee making facilities and a microwave and bar fridge in the room however it is what it is and the accommodation was adequate for the 2 days I stayed there.

Perfect LOCATION at the center of the city. Everything is accessible. STAFF are really polite and helpful...Smooth checkin and out... staff are always available at the desk to help you out. Clean, safe, and quiet place. They provide warm and cold drinking water, tea, and coffee at any time of the day. Maintains the rooms well, and also privacy. Would definitely visit again...
Liked everything about the establishment. May be they can run their own eatery or restaurant in future. Really enjoyed staying there.

Loved the location relative to the main attractions in the city (could easily walk or rent a Lime Scooter/Bike) without needing a car. Easy access to shops and some cafes/restaurants the next street over. Friendly staff were on hand and able to easily assist with various queries throughout our stay. Thanks for a great stay team! :)
There were not a lot of hotel facilities, however we didn't spend too much time in the hotel for it to negatively impact the overall experience. The room we booked for 2 people was a bit smaller than expected, so needed to think creatively at times before attempting to open large suitcases.

The staff was awesome. The location is really good.
Smells funny in the corridors but that is everywhere in the US. The bed was small for two people

Spacious queen room with comfortable bed and linen. Staff is lovely and helpful - they gave me early check in, and helped me with some printing. For the price, it is great value given it has all the basics you need, good heating, private bathroom, daily housekeeping and very quiet. Location was moderately close to tourist sites, I mainly used the bus although you could walk there (25mins). Very close to restaurants in Logan Circle and Dupont Circle. Great water pressure. I enjoyed my stay here.
Towels were a bit rough. The hotel is fairly dated, but well maintained.
