I have stayed here on numerous occasions throughout the years and it has never disappointed me. During my last stay, they had renovated the rooms so my room had brand new everything

They had shampoo and conditioner in the shower which is normally a good thing, but it was lavender and I am highly allergic to lavender so I had to go out and buy my own shampoo and conditioner as the staff said they had nothing else but the lavender. I would suggest the corporate office should take into consideration people with lavender allergies/sensitivities or any other allergies/sensitivities to strong perfumy shampoo and conditioners or soaps.

The location is quiet even if it is close to the Interstate. The breakfast and coffee were good with a variety of choices, served in a modern redecorated lobby. The bedding was very comfortable.

Not the fault of the property as they were in the process of a remodel, but the pool and exercise room were closed during our stay. We are sure when the remodel is done, it will be great!

I think the breakfast was very good. The plastic utensils were too light and bent when I tried to fork the very light scrambled eggs. You need to use just a tad stronger plastic to make it a much nicer experience. The maid service didn't come everyday and our trash cans were overflowing. They should empty the trash even if they are not servicing the bathroom and making the bed. That seemed a bit lazy to not straighten up everyday.

In room maid service should be every day Eating utensils should be stronger

We have always loved our stay in this hotel in the past.

The only issue we had was the pool. The water was very cold, even my kids who love swimming didn't like it. Previously, they loved that area and it has always been the best each stay. There were also no towels around so we just went back to our room wet and dripping on the carpet.

Breakfast was the best ever seen at a chain hotel. The coffee was particularly good. Kept stopping that cup til after lunch. Front desk staff was welcoming, efficient and informative. Having the Tesla Supercharger right there in the parking lot was super convenient.

Decent breakfast that met the needs. Great launching point to get to Cascades National Park. Only about an hour and half drive to get to the park and enjoy some amazing hikes.

Maid service with Marriott was automatic. Now you have to ask for it. We did and maid service brought new towels but did not make up beds or straighten room. Makes me question why maid service was synonymous with a Marriott stay and now it is not.

Love that they have a full breakfast bar! Waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, sasage, and more. Pool stays open until 11. Hot tub is usually a great temperature. If it isn't they will fix it asap. They have a pretty diverse food choice in the lobby for late night snacking!

Not the best parking if you have an rv or trailer.

The pool and hot tub was wonderful. You sign out the pool for just your party which was great. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet and spacious. The common area was clean and updated. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

Took awhile to restock breakfast items. When we arrived there were not plates and many items were empty. Eventually, items were restocked.

The cleanliness and upkeep of the whole m place! The breakfast was amazing as always. The staff was friendly so that's always a plus!
