Rooms were cleaned and comfy! Breakfast was good and they did good to make all feel safe while using breakfast facilities. Now all you need is nicer office workers.

The office ladies kept telling me different information about if the Gym was open or not. One said yes, another said after labor day, we went after labor day and asked and the desk lady WAS SO RUDE acting like I was an idiot for asking, after i TOLD her another office lady said to come ask. So unprofessional. Also they had us wait an extra half hour before we could check in and kept telling us "oh just a couple more minutes". If the staff was more customer oriented and gave a crap about their job itd be a GREAT place. I also work in a hotel and let me tell you... the attitude all those ladies had was NOT ACCEPTABLE

I spent 3 days working from this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the front desk staff was friendly. The room was very large and had a desk with a comfortable desk chair, along with a couch. I had to come down and work in the hotel lobby since I couldn't get a late checkout, but there were a couple of desks with outlets, so it was fairly comfortable to work down there at least.

They wouldn't let me do a late check out. They gave me an extra half hour or hour, can't remember exactly how long, but I was hoping for another hour or so. I had to come down and work in the hotel lobby.

The hotel is slightly weird, with its long hallways reminiscent of a hospital or a convention center. But the rooms are really spacious, with plenty of room and all necessary amenities. Mine was like a mini studio apartment. It was clean. The hotel serves breakfast which is quite good (basic), although the space it was served in was way too small for proper physical distancing and lacked comfort. The staff at the breakfast room and at the reception - very responsive and helpful. Good internet. The hotel is located at the outskirts of Mount Vernon, with stores and an excellent local brewery nearby.

The tv set in my room didn’t work.

Close to freeway and main drag, but not too close, perfect. Homey, yet still rather elegant, loved the wide hallways, large double queen room, the cleanliness and the friendly staff. Compared to big city hotels, this one is a shade dated (but not worn!) which to us made it more comfy, and it was quiet, very important to us. A good deal considering the business traveler amenities it includes. We had a lovely stay, and would stay again, absolutely.

Our only complaint is that the curtains themselves don't drape all the way across the window, they stop short. The shears do, nice for privacy, but there were some bright lights across the way and bright sun in the morning, and it would have been nice to keep the curtains all the way closed. Luckily, I had a binder clip in my suitcase, so we clipped them shut about 1/3 the way down and voila, no problem.

The breakfast was amazing! Better than we expected. The beds and inside condition was clean and well cared for. HOWEVER the new Resturant next door was having a wild party and has attracted some rough customers.

The parking lot is scary. I was afraid my vehicle would be broken into. We almost left when we pulled up. The lighting is poor and the lot needs repaving. The landscaping out front needs attention too...

The breakfast was very good. Especially for the cost of staying there. A very good value.

The coffee maker in my room didn’t work, and the previous guest turned the temp on the refrigerator all the way down and everything I had in there froze solid. Not the staff’s fault.

Compared to properties around this one, it is really a comfortable place to stay. The staff was exceptional, especially under trying conditions. The rooms are huge and well outfitted. Breakfast is very good, and the place was extremely quiet, even on a holiday weekend. I don’t live far enough away to make it a regular destination but it would be my go-to hotel if I needed one in the Skagit Valley.

Honestly I can’t think of any negatives.

We loved the hot breakfast option and unlimited drip coffee. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room were friendly and made me feel welcome despite the 8-month-old, mess maker in my arms. The really astonishing amenity was the gym facility. The hotel has a partnership with the full gym nextdoor, giving us access to s full weight room, CrossFit room and exercise machine room. It really made my morning.

The breakfast was fine, nothing really stood out except the exceptional support you were providing what was obviously support of your local homeless community, those folks were very courteous and looking very appreciative of you efforts. You and your Company deserve the highest accolades that could be given... THANK YOU!

Hallways was very wide. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Was worried about some reviews we had read, but found this hotel to be a wonderful stop.

There were a few homeless in the area, but nothing hindering the hotel.
