Location is great when staying for a concert at White River Amphitheater. Gets you away from the traffic coming up the hill from Auburn to the concert venue. Pillows were great, and the bed was comfy. They had the make your own waffles my husband & kids enjoy. A/C works well.

Would be great if there were coordinated shuttles from the hotels in town to the concert venue on concert nights. Taxi/Lyft/Uber and bus service are all iffy, but these are things the municipality and concert venue need to put forth effort to improve. The front desk was helpful with the number of the local taxi driver. We got lucky with an Uber that had just dropped off at the concert venue.

This was a special trip to celebrate my sister's birthday! I called a few days before and asked if it was possible to leave a bottle of champagne in my sister's room as a surprise upon our arrival. The staff went above and beyond and decorated the room with happy birthday banners...a box of chocolate... balloons all over the place including miler balloons... plus the bottle of champagne on ice! I was shocked and so was my sister... it actually brought her to tears! Thank you to all of the wonderful staff... we appreciate everyone so so much! The front desk (Mike) also went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable and memorable... we will be back and will recommend 100%!

I would stay here again. The staff were very nice, and the room met my expectations.

I just have some helpful criticism. There should be a grab bar in the shower and the bottom of the shower should have some sort of non-slip serface, even if it's a mat or something.

Cute, quaint, and well maintained building. The courtyard is lovely with beautiful hydrangeas and hanging flower baskets. The bedding was comfortable, and the linens were clean & soft. The room itself was comfortable & provided ample space.

I noticed a couple of stains on the walls in our room that looked like they would come off with some scrubbing. The toilet seat shows some wear as is the seal on the mini fridge, which did not keep our supplies cold.

Everything about it is perfect! They take cleanliness super seriously, and the place is artsy and has flare. And no carpeting is the best!!!! They provided the cutest little toiletries, all local, and the girl at the front desk is a total sweetheart!

N/A: perfect place Honestly, we have no complaints. I wonder if they have elevators because there are people who cannot walk up and down stairs, but for us, it was perfect!

Great in town location. Lots of good eats and drinks within 5 minute walk. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet during our stay. Room has a clean refrigerator, Keurig, and microwave. Clean well appointed bathroom. The staff puts out a nice continental breakfast every morning. Half hour drive to Rainier NP and 40 minutes or so to Crystal Mountain. The staff is very accommodating, professional, and courteous. A well managed property.

I can't readily talk about anything I didn't like. Everything about our stay was great.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Not fancy, but was well appointed for the price level. I liked the vinyl plank floors instead of carpet; so much easier to keep clean and it looks very nice.

The counter height for the sinks is very low - when they remodel I would guess this will be on the list. The people in the room next to me who came in at 230 AM and were loud enough to wake me from a sound sleep isn't the fault of the hotel, of course, but what is WRONG with people?? They didn't stop until I pounded on the wall, and took their time even after that.

I appreciate the staff, breakfast room, location, room, all is well cared for and pleasant & comfortable. The overall stay here was very pleasant . thankyou

Pillows could be improved. Maybe have some less full and softer. Not so big. Arm chair was a bit shabby. New upholstery could fix it fine.

We needed an ADA room but someone else got it even though we reserved ahead. This is booking.com’s fault I understand. This was not communicated by booking.com to the hotel. This is a real problem with Booking.com. But it’s difficult for someone like me who really does need an ADA room and asks for it. And thinks they are getting it. Until they arrive and none is available.

This is a nice, comfortable and quiet room for the money. The features were just right for our stay. All of the rooms face a nicely decorated courtyard and are very clean. Within walking distance of the center of town, it's a perfect location for a short hop to Mt. Rainier.

We had a little snafu with the staff in getting us into a room with a properly working television, and after the swap they forgot to indicate that we were in the room so were surprised by other guests attempting to enter later on. The staff were quite apologetic, however, and on the whole were very helpful.
