Best Western PLUS Mountain View Auburn Inn

staff was nice, room was nice even though we did not spend a lot of time in the room. we were able to bring the dogs and that is always great for us since they are very well behaved. The girls where very busy when we checked in and some of the rooms had not yet been cleaned but they kept a smile and stayed calm.

we did not get to spend more time there and we went to a concert, so we stayed out so late we missed breakfast. I actually had not idea what time it was served cuz they forgot to tell me but that was kind of my fault I had driven 3 hours and we more focused on getting to the restroom. lol.

Staff, Breakfast, 2 double beds clean tub, sinks too.

In a district of light industrial warehouses just off of the I-5 south. the double sinks arent contained in the bathtub/toilet area. No instructions on how to turn on the lighted mirror just in the entrance. We figured that this was a lighted mirror because there were no other light sources seen. Couldn’t call the front desk phone was broken. Hubby had to go to the front desk and he did return with an associate, who showed us the switch and how to work it.

The larger room for our family was great, especially having a separate bedroom from the kids within the same suite. the pool was clean, and the staff was very helpful.

The sofa bed was very old and not in great condition (missing a springs holding the frame together, very thin mattress). Also no room cleaning after the first night, which left us with full trash cans after eating meals in the room. The staff explained that since we had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door when housekeeping first came by in the morning, they don’t come back at any time during the day.

HUGE Shout out to the hotel staff Lucia, Toruń and Nestor. They made our stay well worth all the challenges we faced during our hotel stay! I was in mama mode all week due to i was there with three kids during a baseball tourney which was already crazy enough! We loved the amenities the pool, hot tub, Breakfast was well beyond worth it, Friendly staff, Workout room and huge Grass area for dogs or kids to unwind! Super close to the Dave and Busters, Premium outlets movie theater walmart food only four minute drive! Felt super safe! Super close to the free way, my son played in puyallup during the weekend and week day and traffic was not an issue!

The Room was nice and large, i loved the sitting area, That was separate from The sleeping area. You have a nice large grassy area for dog walking. I also liked your snack and soda setup, you had a good selection of items.

there was a bar very close and they played loud music late into the night.

Alma! And she needs a raise! Seriously, she should be running this place! She was so accommodating and my special needs daughter loved her! We wish we could have said goodbye. Alma if you're reading this Gigi said thank you! You're the best.

Nothing, place is in the middle of renovation, and I will still be coming back.

My trip was amazing. The staff were so very friendly and accommodating! It was such a plus having Walmart, and the mall right around the corner. I had no issues with this hotel being right next to the freeway, i didn't hear a thing! We were in and out all weekend, making our returns at about 2am, and the staff on night shift were so nice about it! Will definitely being staying here every time i come up that way! Also, the pool and hottub were open 24 hours!

Location was great. The food was good. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean.

The only thing that comes to mind is the hash browns/potatoes would dry and get slightly hard. Other than that the food was great.

property was close to mall and restaurants. easy to find and great parking. The workout and pool areas were clean and nice to use. The breakfast was great for our family of 4 with array of choices.

The bed were a bit hard and uncomfortably.

This property was super clean and really friendly staff. felt super welcomed! Great rooms and in a good odd way it was peacefully quiet.

I didn’t dislike anything about the property, just wished it would’ve let us know that it was under renovation. overall it was a good stay.
