The room is spacious, carpeted and quiet, though the heater is loud enough one has to turn the TV up to hear when it's running. Parking is right outside the rooms. There are side exits that allow for easy dog relief trips. The hotel has a spa tub, an exercise room and serves breakfast. The front desk staff are all friendly and know their jobs well. There's a Fred Meyer grocery less than half a mile away. Room has a microwave and small fridge. The hotel has coffee always ready in the lobby and hot water for tea in the breakfast room. TV has Xfinity cable and HBO. Dogs are $10/night with a $50 deposit on arrival. Checkout is now at 11, not 12 as shown online.

Sometimes there are guests or staff talking loudly in the hall, but usually it's brief. Also the lamps are nice bedroom lighting but wouldn't provide enough light for reading. Maybe add a standup lamp by the chair for that.

The room was bigger them I was expecting. We had enough room for a family of 5 the beds were very comfortable. We couldn’t hear the highway that was by our room didn’t hear no one from the hallway.

I didn’t like the hallways smelling like weed on a no smoking area. Then at night you can smell it coming into the room a little.

This hotel was super clean, in a convenient location, and awesome staff who are very friendly, quiet, and comfortable beds. This is my second time here, and I will be back. Kent had a Red Lion, but it's terrible, and I won't stay there even though it is closer to where I was going on this trip. They had breakfast back, and it was good having some hot food for breakfast. The attendant for the breakfast was always on top of keeping things cleaned and wiped down.

The shower water got cold after it was hot for about 2 minutes. I'm not sure why, but I'm glad it warned up fast.

The rooms and the hotel itself were very clean. I loved the comfort of the bed. The location was great, close to stores, and freeway. Breakfast looked great, but when I got there, there was nowhere to sit. It was packed. I would have taken some to my room, but I had already turned my key in. It's very quiet here. The room was great. It had plenty of lighting, things worked as they should, and I didn't see anything that was a red flag.

The only bad thing that they can't help is all the cotton ask over.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast had several options, and my son enjoyed the fitness room. Also, they had all the toiletries available! Loved there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Also the sink was nice and deep, which I love.

Spa was closed and we weren't aware of that when we made the reservation. Hallways were terribly warm and the music in lobby was a bit loud. The water closet was very small, could barely fit in to close the bathroom door.

Clean, great value, diverse amenities for an Inn. Having multiple ways access the building was so convenient that any parking spot wasn’t an issue. On a hot day like we checked in, it was wonderful to enter a room that was actually well air conditioned.

Though the sink outside the bathroom is good, issue when someone needs to get ready when others are still sleeping. Maybe a mirror in the bathroom would be helpful.

Location was perfect. Staff were all friendly. Bed was quite comfortable. Quiet even though we were right by the elevator. Food was very tasty.

Attention to the details of a room could have been better. Pee dripped on bathroom wall, dirty carpet, stringy hand towels, liquid drips on back of the desk chair, no local TV stations & internet was down but we were not told it would be fixed by 5pm.

Room was good, liked that it had a mini fridge & microwave. Bed & pillows were comfy. Breakfast was okay, we liked that there was a conveniently located elevator for access to 2nd & 3rd floors.

No in-room coffee maker, sink drain was very slow (Did report to desk at departure and they said they would send someone up to deal with it.)

Friday night when I check in for when I checked in 1st thing I did was take a shower and the water was Luke warm what and even really hot at all. The next morning I did the same thing and still I let it run for 15 minutes and still didn't get hot enough I reported it to the front desk and they had maintenance look at it but I like taking taking a very hot shower a shower the water still wasn't hot enough so that's the only thing that I didn't like.
