Loved the breakfast and staff in the breakfast area. Friendly and efficient. Parking was good except there could maybe be at least one more disabled spot. Location was easy to reach from I-5 freeway and getting to Highway 18 was good as well.

Some though needs to be given to putting disabled guests on the 8th floor. There was a fire alarm and if there had actually been a fire my husband and I would not have made it. From when the alarm first went off we were only on the 4th landing and someone told us it was a drill. We managed to get to the elevator and waited till it got turned onto return to our room on the 8th floor. The showers required 4 towels on the floor to avoid water running onto the bathroom floor. The lock would not go into the hole but we felt fairly safe by using the thing that only allows the door to open so far. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink but we made so.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

The car park didn’t feel safe at night. There were 2 patches of broken window glass in the card park where presumably a thief had broken into cars. The toilet seat was very loose on the bowl and the air con in the room wasn’t working correctly. It initially cooled the room down nicely then it heated it up to 80degs, so we just switch it off

The room was very nice and clean.

I was able to hear the television and microwave in the room next to me.. The neighbors were also going in and out of their room, letting the door slam behind them. This was all happening around midnight to 2am. Was not able to get good sleep before my flight.

Location was fine for what we needed as able to meet up with family member who lives locally. Breakfast was very good plenty of choice and well prepared .

Only issue was that the hotel is having some upgrade work done and noisy work being done in the evening on our room floor until 10pm.

Was clean, modern and safe. Love that they had amenities in the room like coffee, disposable cups, ironing board, hair blow dryer, etc. Had to ask for a toothbrush and they brought one up right away.

There was no hot chocolate in the lobby.

This location has the best staff imaginable. Every member of the staff has been so accommodating. The location is under construction which can be frustrating at times but the staff made up for it.

Construction and the lack of coffee available

The hotel room had been updated, and it was very comfortable. Liked that it was right off of the freeway. Close to gas, mall for shopping, great restaurants, and medical (which I had to use 🙃)

Everything is new. Rugs, paint everything.

If you stay more than one night the room attendants don’t come around. So trash piles up. But that’s not a deal breaker.

The pool was warm, breakfast was good, staff good.

Better service at breakfast time, not attending filling in more bacon or eggs. Couldn’t find honey for yogurt, other than that all good

Great breakfast. The room was in great shape with the recent renovations.

They are still doing renovations and while most are complete, it's not completely finished.
