The location was ideal - right across the street from the ferry dock and within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. The room was spacious and clean. I really liked the towels and linens. The kitchen was incredible! I wish the couches were a little more comfy, but they did match the aesthetic.

The major difficulty with this property is the amount of steps you need to climb to get to most rooms. We were in penthouse 5 so I could drop my mom at the door. It was good exercise for me to then walk up all the steps, but difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The staff were INCREDIBLY helpful in booking the room so my mom did not have to walk up steps. I do wish this room had a more private outdoor space to enjoy as well. There is a seating area right outside the door, but there are a lot of people at the lookout point and coming up and down the stairs. Some kids even tried to come to the door while I was sitting outside before they realized I was there.

Theo was the BEST!! Answering all our questions both before and during. The rooms were so comforting. We loved the gathering room too. We were able to meet together for breakfast (Euro 1 and 3).

We needed nightlights to help my husband (disabled) be able to negotiate where the bathroom was and to be safe negotiating the one step. We bought two and put them both in the bathroom (Euro 3). It worked perfect. Might be something that you might add.

Proximity to ferry and to business needs. Accommodations were very comfortable.

They still ask you to wear a mask which does absolutely nothing. Also, mint shampoo with cilantro conditioner? Who's picking these combos??

Everything! It’s a beautiful property, so close to the ferry and everything in town. This was the 2nd time we have stayed there, and this will be where we stay anytime we visit the area. Our room had heated bathroom floors, a steam shower, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. We are also a big fan of the soap/shampoo/etc brand.

Spacious, clean, nice amenities. Great location, terrific view from the patio out to the harbor. Surprise bonus, the supplied liquid soap and lotion smelled amazing.

Couches should have had throw pillows, as the couch sides were stiff and uncomfortable. Supplied bath towels were very small; if I stay again, I'll bring my own towel.

Loved everything about this hotel - from the well organized layout, modern feel, softest sheets, eco friendly products and towels, spaciousness, location and view from my room.

Everything was awesome - no complaints whatsoever. I would go back in a heartbeat.

The location is fabulous!! We watched the firework show from our room! Also took some great sunrise photos from our room! Comfy bed, nice robe, and nice small set of kitchen plates and silverware... etc. And the electric kettle and tea was a very nice amenity!

Not of a fan of the contactless check in, but I chose it, so that's my bad.

Several friendly pre-arrival texts to determine our arrival plans and provide necessary information. Actually talked with me on the phone for several minutes about activities and restaurants! A staff member immediately answered my text regarding early access to our garage parking spot since the ferry was running late and we had minutes to get to our whale watching boat when we docked. They had also texted me about the ferry schedule change. The staff here are the kind of professionals that I wish were everywhere. We stayed in Euro 4. It was spacious and clean with tasty treats in the refrigerator. Thank you, INN 123!

The facility is beautifully designed and within steps of the harbor. The hosts are very thoughtful, giving clear directions for the contactless check-in. There was a wonderful fruit bowl and other amenities awaiting us. The room and bathroom are very large and well-equipped. This is a fabulous place to stay in Friday Harbor.

We loved the location and our housing. Very low contact with staff but they were always available. Loved the no contact check in, not because of covid I just find it awkward.

Not much for nightlife and pizza was hard to come by. Not much to complain about, that's all I got.
