clean, easy to get to and from the Harbor! On main access roads. House keeping was great. Front desk was great also!

Too much noise from floor up above us. You could hear them talking walking and in some cases sounded like kids running. They should take the time to have someone that has electronics, to fix the remotes, stupid to have to use 2 of them to operate the T.V., One turns it on/off, another controls the volume/channels. The bath room needs to have more handles, getting into and out of tub. Very tight bath room. Door/toilet. We could hear people next to us talking. Just glad it all got pretty quiet, when trying to sleep. You have allot of road traffic going bye. They need to put some money into sound proofing. Other than that, it was a good stay!

The staff was absolutely incredible. We were allowed to check in earlier. Not only that, but when we had to check out they also allowed us to store our luggage for us to return later. "Sofie's Dad" was so nice, he drove us to Walmart so that we didn't have to walk 14 minutes with three suitcases and two back packs. 10/10 staff, so lovely.

The sheets were very cold, it was hard to stay warm at night. It was also strange to not have a trash can INSIDE the washroom which made it very uncomfortable to use the restroom.

Clean and large room. Bed was comfortable. Lots of fluffy pillows!

Wish there was a pool or hot tub facilities.

People were great! A twist on hotel design and hotel staff every way a fresh plus!!!! Basic room but clean. Liked the outdoor upper patio space. Good coffee maker. Appreciated the shampoo/conditioner & body wash attached to shower instead of mini, single use containers. Liked reusable coffee might instead of payer throw aways.

Bathroom fixtures could have been updated. Water temperatures were inconsistent in the shower.

Staff was friendly and check in about how we were doing. The duckies were very cute. The parking was close and always available. I liked the hanging flower baskets and blue lights at night.

Rooms felt a little old/dated and could have used more light. Always felt dark Felt like there was a dip in the bed a bit. Cheaper materials generally.

How spacious and clean the rooms are. The beds are super comfy and very nice pillows. Not these flat ones

There was honestly nothing to dislike other then parking.  They share their parking lot with the pub attached to the hotel, which made it very hard to find parking close to our room as we were in the front. Not a big deal at all  but felt a little bit uncomfortable walking down the back driveway at night from my car to my room

Check-in was easy, parking was convenient, and the bed was very comfortable.

When we arrived there a family with several children directly above us. They we grilling on a propane grill in the stairwell when we arrived and were trying to get to our room. In addition the male child of this family rode his bicycle through the parking lot and proceeded to block to admittance of any guest going from the parking lot to their room. It’s unfortunate that this happened. It was not the fault of the staff but because we traveled with our pet, we were placed in this type of a room.

convenient location, well kept, nice evening lighting, great on site restaurant. Staff was Ashlee friendly and kind. loved the little touches in the room. room layout was perfect for a family. also, really good water pressure.

only complaint was the room was super hot all night. turned off the baseboard and turned the wall unit way down but we were roasting. better then being cold though.

Location, quiet for the most. Close to major artery, close to amenities.

No restaurant that served breakfast on the premises.The restaurant didn't open until 11 am. If they provide a list of establishments close by it would be nice. I didn't like that while there were parking stalls in front of every unit plus 2 extras between each room, none of them were assigned by room. Leaving your spot meant later you would not find one. I'm not happy to leave my Audi out In the back ,back, restaurant parking lot half full of luggage because we're only staying one nite. It was not in a place I felt was safe from theft.

well located. it felt central to the areas I needed to be as well as close to the downtown area.

the room itself was dark. this was due to its location in the complex- on first floor next to a berm and under the steps for the next story. could have been mitigated better lighting in the room. It did however make the room quieter so mixed blessing there!
