This is the most enjoyable 2 days that we have had in years. Next time this would be a 4 night get away You really need to have the time to enjoy ll that they have to offer. we are in Hospitality and I have never seen a staff that is this accommodating from the moment we arrived in Victoria till the moment we left the property and they drove us back to the Ferry in Victoria via the scenic route. Valet, Front Desk, Concierge, Servers, Bartender and Housekeeping, pool side attendants all were 5 Star. You are very fortunate to have such a wonderful staff. Real, real classy hotel and you can easily see that at the front entrance where you're immediately greeted by valet in long stylish black coat. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Entire hotel exudes warmth in low-key luxury decor and definitely worth revisits over and over again if you're looking for a good holiday retreat. Rated No. 1 hotel in Canada in 2021 Visit the Pub if you can and try getting a table by the window with views to the hotel spa / open sea. Food is actually quite good, much exceeded our anticipation.

My husband and I came for our wedding anniversary to celebrate one night in the Oak Bay Hotel. I've heard so much about it that i decided to try it out. Everything from the moment we stepped foot on the property until we left was absolutely exquisite 👌 ✨️. They provide towels, flip-flops, and a robe in the room. They provide cold water in the pool area to drink and towels for the pool. The mineral pool is warm.We will definitely stay here again.

The soap in the shower was empty, so we ended up using the shampoo to wash our bodies.

Oak Bay was the first stop on our honeymoon and it was the most perfect picturesque chill spot we could have hoped for. We had a lovely large room with a great ocean view as well as a free bottle of fizz given the occasion! Very helpful staff and great pool with excellent poolside cocktails! also lovely that the pool is heated!

You have to get a taxi into town (25CAD) but jt is worth it given the view and chill vibe you get being slightly out of central Victoria!

The mineral pools were very nice with a great view. The staff at check-in/check-out were helpful and friendly. Also we enjoyed our meal and drinks at the snug pub.

I would've liked more prompt service while lounging at the pools. The mattress wasn't as comfortable as I would've expected for a hotel of this caliber. I believe the nespresso machine in our room was actually broken. It took a lot of fiddling with to get it to work. I meant to mention it at checkout but forgot.

I am there solely for the beneficial mineral pool and hot tubs. Did come a few times a year when the day pass was offered pre Covid. Unfortunate this was not resumed in winter months as in past. Now I come once a year. As a Sidney resident it is much more convenient than driving up Island to Tai Na Mar, the Kingfisher or Pender Is. Poets Cove.&

5 star hotel, 1 ply toilet paper?

the situation was lovely. I was visiting family n they were close by.

The rules around the pool area. I was told I musn’t move sunbeds after I had moved one ,one day. As a single person I didn’t wish to be between people. The following day I was informed I should only stay 2 to 3 hours to give other people the opportunity to sunbathe. I found the staff there were not as pleasant as they should be.

Oak bay was amazing. It exceeded my expectations. I have such good memories of this place. I loved that quietness of Oak Bay. It’s very peaceful. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Staff were alway friendly. It was very sad to leave

The restaurants were too expensive and the quality of food could have been better. The hot tub was also kind of cold, hoping it would have been hotter.

The room was clean, the bathroom including the bathtub was especially good, the free bottled water and the hand sanitizer were good. The pizza was delicious, the swimming pool service was good, and there were no small children, so I could rest well.

I used the spa in the hotel, but I wasn't satisfied because the massuse's skills were different. Three people received the service, and only my daughter was satisfied, and my husband and I were wasting money. The spa near my house was better. I went on a trip to relax, but the hotel was good, but the spa was a bit disappointing.

I enjoyed everything else I really liked the room and facilities.

It was 10 pm and I was told that I wasn't aloud another dirnk in the restaurant but when I went back down a half an hour later a different person at the bar asked me if I would like a drink. Strange situation
