did not try the breakfast thou what was offered looked good. The room was clean and well appointed and felt comfortable. The staff did a great job on meeting my request for a particular room location and type.

I was not given info (nor did I ask for it) on the wifi password. Also the bathroom sink drain and tub/shower drain were both very slow to empty. Lastly the fan on the ac unit was kinda noisy, waking me during the night.

It is a very comfortable and clean hotel. Everyone was very nice. Will definitely stay again.

I didn’t realize that we had to request our room cleaning. It use to be if you didn’t put the do not disturb sign they would automatically straighten up the room. Not a big deal as we only stayed one night, just surprised. One more thing , there were no sticks to stir our coffee. Other then that we really enjoyed our time at your facility.

The 24 hour pool and breakfast were good. The fact that you have everything around you is pretty sweet and convenient.

There was a handful of times I'd say 4-5 times where our key wouldn't open our room or other amenities. Having to mess around with the key/lock for 5 min at a time was awful. Also we found 3 kids toys from previous people staying there. So..... are the rooms really being cleaned? The property somewhat met our expectations.

it was easy to get to. close to several restaurants and stores. The staff was super friendly and gave great information on places to eat. the lady that was doing the breakfast buffet was super nice and funny. really enjoyed our stay

the tv was harder to work. you had to get off the bed to line up the remote with the reciever in order for it to work. they only had one set of vending machines and the soda machine was full but wouldn’t work. we tried several different ways to pay. not the staff issue it was just annoying

The breakfast is the reason to come here. High quality selection of food, buffet style. The person who runs it is like a stealth, efficient marvel who is somehow cleaning up after everyone, refilling food and beverages, bussing, and you barely notice because the food itself is extraordinarily delicious. There are self-serve mini-waffles, pancakes, bagels, cereals, fruit, yogurt, eggs, meats, biscuits and gravy, to die for country potatoes, pastries like croissants, donuts, and bagels, tortillas, plus a juice and coffee bar. Since we live in the PNW, we will be returning as much as possible. The pool was warm and clean, and we got a room with a hot tub which was pretty nice. The gym is humble, but equipped with all the basics. The room itself was clean and basic. There is fast food and restaurants within walking distance. All in all a good value.

The toilet was clogged when we arrived t our room, but the front desk person came up and fixed it themselves immediately. Also the toilet paper holder was broken and the tp was just a roll on the counter which is not a huge deal, just a bit janky.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was fresh & hot and had variety each day. The lady who staffed the breakfast was super kind and friendly and full of great advice for things to do in the area. She remembered us each day and asked about our adventures. She is a gem!

Pool and fitness room, breakfast, staff willing to take time to answer all of our many questions about the Best Western Travel Rewards. All of staff from kitchen to front desk to maintenance personnel we’re courteous, welcoming and very friendly. We felt at home.

too-soft mattress, barking dog in nearby room woke me up each night, room 133 door very squeaky, heater got pretty noisy in the night. We forgot to mention these minor items to staff, largely because we enjoyed our stay so much.

The staff was great. The people working the front desk for very professional and courteous. The person working the breakfast area went above and beyond and even offered to help me to my room.

The carpet and the room was very dirty. The remote control was put into a bag to appear clean but the buttons had crumbs in between them

Free breakfast was good and we loved the spa tub in the room.

We were right next to the electrical room, which would have been fine, except there was an intermittent beeping coming from the room. It was loud enough to hear from our room and went all night.

Good variety of breakfast items! The sausage gravy was sub-par, but I guess its a commercial mix. What about seasoning it in the kitchen a little? The attendant worked her butt off keeping food available and the room clean! We'll stay here again.
