The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and we had a good variety of choices. We also enjoyed the hotel surroundings and ample parking. Lastly, we did go to the restaurant/bar and enjoyed some pretty good food and beverages. Their kabobs were excellent.

Our HVAC unit was rather noisy and needed a good cleaning, but that seems to be a rather common thing in many hotels around here. Other than that, we had no exterior noises and we slept well. We had to pay $60.00 in order to play mini-golf with our family who were also staying there. We felt that $10 per person was excessive, especially since two of us were children. Perhaps a free pass for guests or a reduced fee, would have been much better.

The hotel staff was friendly, professional and friendly.

We booked through Booking.com. When we got there we were put into a room that was not the one advertised. We had to pay an extra $40 dollars per night for the room we expected originally to stay. As we were leaving I asked to find out what was the cost of the room? 199.00 per night, 222.00 with tax. I had paid that through Booking.com but was charged $40 more for the same room the day we checked in..... so I was charged $239.00 per night. I asked the hotel to help me fix this and they said they couldn't because it was it was Booking.com reservation. I contacted Booking.com and they said it was the hotels fault I was overcharged and to contact them again. I see I am just sent on a wild goose chase. Not happy.

Our room was very clean and the appliances were all clean and in working order. The carpets were freshly vacuumed and there was no debris on the floor. The arcade was spotless and had several games available for all ages. At the time of our stay, all the arcade games were in working order. Dinner was exceptional. The hostess and kitchen were able to accommodate several food allergies we had. Our burgers were delicious. Our waitress gave my three year old grandson some extra attention and engaged with him in a genuine, patient way when he had questions or needed something.

My only problem is the blanket on our bed was so stiff and very itchy. It was uncomfortable.

The room was comfortable and cozy in a good location on the property. We stayed in room 705. (2 bdrm, 1 bath) Had to walk further to breakfast and the heated pool but was worth it being set back away from people wandering around outside. There was another hot tub VERY close to our room that was open, but that pool wasn't heated. The only reason that mattered was because we had kids with us that loved getting to swim in the heated pool surrounded by snow. The breakfast was great, quite the variety of choices!

The water heater didn't last as long as you would think, but they warn you and give you tips, as each room has its own water heater. The only time we noticed is when we wanted to use the jetted tub a couple times in the same night, (the kids wanted a turn.) then also got in a shower. Other than that, it wasn't noticeable at all taking regular showers and using the tub once a night.

We liked the location, and how it was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Pools were great addition. Staff was helpful and kind and we loved how they would often check on us via text. We loved that the property cares so much.

We liked everything, but would like to give a small suggestion on an improvement. It would be great to add window curtains in bedrooms (for condos) to block the outside lights when sleeping. Current wooden blinds in the bedrooms don’t close well or completely block the light.

All you can eat buffet breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly, approachable, and accommodating. Amenities were varied according to age/gender. Location was good, a bit out of town, but could still walk to the shops/restaurants and be quiet enough to avoid the city noise. The mountain views from our rooms were breath taking.

The room descriptions, especially for the condos. Our condo was on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator in this section of the resort. We had a disabled person with a cane in our party and stairs were not easy for them. I had messaged with a question regarding more info, but never received a response. The game room was also lacking and outdated.

The breakfast was very good……the resort was more than we expected and would use more of it if we had been aware….variety of accommodation is impressive…..did not pick up on the variety online….our fault I think, not yours. We forgot a pair of shoes and staff was extremely helpful in getting them back to us…..staff very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend your facility. We had a laminated TV guide in our room which was not accurate….alerted the front desk and handed them the innacurate one. Hi

Just about everything, the breakfast, the staff, the room and decorations, my kids loved it

In room 501 I think it was the one bedroom, the motor on the refrigerator started making a loud noise in the middle of the night and woke us up so I unplugged it, the cord on the coffee pot was too short to reach the outlet so we put the power strip on top of the waste basket because we didn't want to more any furniture. We could not find a bathroom near the restaurant and registration desk and it would be more convenient.

The staff was great! We had wanted a room with two beds and when we opened the door to only one bed, the front desk was able to give us a new one instantly. Breakfast was complete and delicious. The room was large and well laid out; love having two sinks. The grounds were beautiful and the river front path was an easy walk away - though partly flooded because of high water. We enjoyed dinner on the patio.

Idling busses just outside the restaurant patio. It got much quieter once they left.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The whole resort was in excellent condition, the pools were clean and nicely heated. Mini-golf was fun and picturesque. There was something fun to do for everyone in the family. And the breakfast was excellent. I particularly appreciated that the chef was willing to create a small batch of gluten-free potatoes for my wife when she asked what GF selections were available. Overall, we had a great time and will look forward to coming again!
