Affordable and location was excellent. Staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend. I wasn't looking for luxury just clean affordable hotel. Grab and go breakfast was very convenient. It was too busy for me to use indoor pool but for price the amenities provided was great. I had a great 12 nites there. Parking was busy. But I went in summer , busiest time.

Being on second floor without elevator and constant barking little dog next door. I have had this issue at so many places I've stayed lately. Little dogs are the worst and yap at everything. Walls are too thin. Put those things together down stairs in Pet friendly end rooms and reinforce walls/ceilings with something for noise muffling. I'm there to relax not listen to dogs all night.

Room was clean, although definitely out dated. Found some sand on the floor in the bathroom that wasn't cleaned before we got there, but I understand we're at the beach and sometimes it is difficult to get it all. Other than that, the room was comfortable.

The shower curtain wasn't installed right so very difficult to keep the shower curtain in place so water didn't run out. A paperclip clamp was left to hold it in place. Upon checkin, the gentlemen was a little too infatuated with my daughter and checked us in, but didn't say where our room was, check out time, etc.

The young women that checked me in on Nov 18th was very helpful and pleasant. She was there to help me with my needs. She felt very bad that the Wi-fI was not working. She contacted her manager for help. However, I was not able to get connected.

No comfortable chair to sit in. Had to sit on bed to watch tv. That was not comfortable. However, I will stay there again if I have a need to come back to Ocean Shores. This trip I was visiting my brother who is living there temporarily.

The location was great! It was close to the horse riding facility we wanted to go to on the beach. The walkability is great. I would stay here again.

The snack vending machine was not working. My husband and I then had to walk across the street to a store.

I was told when I got there to check in it would cost me an extra $10.00 to check in even though my email stated check in was between 1:00 and 2:00 I had 2 little ones who needed to use the bathroom so I paid the $10.00 that was frustrating. I even showed her my email and I said it says right here check in times.

Breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and the facilities were great. The hotel was conveniently located to everything. It was so close to the entrance to the beach, shops, moped rentals, and restaurants! The price was affordable as well.

My room was above the pool and it smelled like chlorine. Walls were thin between rooms and people were smoking right outside the door of their rooms.

Everything was great, good food, nice small pool friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms - except the dirty air conditioner which we chose not to turn on even.

The air conditioner in our room was very dirty inside, please service them appropriately or people will get sick from the bacteria and mold that grow inside.

The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. They accommodated our dog (a rottie) without any problem. We went in winter when cold humid, and wet so it was nice that the temperature control worked well with a "dry" option that kept the room comfortable. The breakfast included waffles fresh off the griddle, along with a variety of other options: cereal, oatmeal, toast, jams, apple and orange juices, coffee, etc.,...

We had vinyl flooring and tracked in a lot of sand from the beach We would have liked a broom supplied in the room

I really enjoyed my stay! The facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly. It’s a short walk to the beach. I accidentally walked 3 miles past the hotel as I was enjoying my beach walk and they sent someone to pick me up! The pool and hot tub was really clean. You could tell they recently repainted it and put all new filters in. I would definitely go back again!
