I liked that coffee maker was open all day.

What I didn't like was that the pool was closed & all the remodeling going on in the summer. I think you would do remodeling in the fall or winter. Not during high peak season time.

the location was excellent! the view was spectacular, it was close enough to everything and yet far enough to be quiet. The bed was very comfortable, we had enough towels and the carpet was new, the room itself was great!

I didn't like that the main elevator wasn't working, that the pool was closed and that the bar/restaurant was permanently closed, tho they were up front about all of that when I booked and I realize that COVID hit so many businesses hard and everyone is still trying to recover from that.

The ocean view was beautiful plus closeness to restaurants, beaches, casino, spa & shops made every day a good one even if weather wasn't the best. The hotel was clean, the breakfast hot & replenished often. The staff was courteous & responded quickly when we let them know the dispensers in shower needed filling. We loved the balcony, being able to see the ocean & the sunsets were amazing. Apparently, they are under new mgmt & they did have workers washing the roof tiles & the furniture in the room was clean & new looking. Overall a really good 3 day stay & would certainly go back!

Only downside (ok to us, we didn't want them) was pool/sauna not working, restaurant permanently closed & main elevator out of service, but did have one further away that went to 2nd floor, but not 3rd or 4th.

Room was a great size and the separate sitting area was a plus. Bed were comfy and loved having the four pillows on the bed. The staff was very friendly.

We were on the bottom floor. We were there on Mother's day which happened to be 80 at the ocean which isn't something were use to. There was no air-conditioning or a way to cool the room at night when we slept. We couldn't leave the sliding glass door open that would have been unsafe. The ceiling fan was nice to have but of course it didn't cool the room down. The next night was better as it cooled down outside quite a bit.

The spa room was excellent. 4th floor view was exceptional. 180 degrees . Bed was comfortable, The balcony was nice, especially watching the sunset and early morning clam diggers. Really enjoyed the coffee in the room, and fridge and microwave. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Lots of choices. Liked the 12:00 checkout time.

There was some confusion at the front desk checking in, but eventually they figured it out. Tried to request early checkin but they couldn't guarantee it, however we did get checked in about 2:30. Elevators were out, so being on the 4th floor, made for lots of cardio, which I suppose was needed. The pool was not working either, but we knew about that when we booked. Observation tower also closed, along with The Wave restaurant.

The location was terrific and it was a little bit more secluded than some of the main entry is to the beach closer in town. We stayed in a pet friendly first floor room. There is plenty of space and everything was set up. Very nice. Furniture, and some things were a little bit outdated, but that being said, the cleanliness of the room was immaculate. Breakfast was nice and had some hot items as well as cold items and cereals. We would definitely recommend and we will be coming back with our four-legged family members for another trip to Ocean Shores. Hopefully the pool and hot tub will be available for use this time.

not sure how long the restaurant adjacent to the hotel has been out of service, but it would've been nice to be able to have that as an option. Also, the pool and hot tub were out of service due to cleaning.

The location of the hotel is ideal for clam diggers - directly on access to the beach with a wonderful clam cleaning station. The room was large and even had a balcony with a glimpse of the sea. Staff was exceedingly friendly. The room was spic and span. There were a coffee maker and coffee tray with two mugs, microwave, fridge, toiletries, hairdryer, and flat screen, also a fake fireplace, a desk, a table with chairs, and a coffee table and sofa. The beds were very comfortable.

The lobby was icy cold, so was the rest of the hotel. The heater was very noisy, but efficient. The fake fire place gave no extra heat. Though the clam cleaning station was excellent, it might be nice if guests were asked not to use it for cleaning their boots and dogs in the sink. Town center is either quite a walk or a drive away.

Cynthia, at the front desk was amazing and super helpful she was able to assist me throughout the entire reservation contacted me with upgrades and more. She made the stay worth it ! Would stay there again based on the fact that she is there and knowing that on behalf of the company she will do her best!

The bed was uncomfortable, had back pain after day one and due to the weather and thin comforter was pretty cold next time would bring another blanket from home, I could also hear kids running around upstairs, throughout the day. I didn't get to relax in the room as much as I thought I would.

Great location and very roomy and comfortable rooms!

My only complaint is that they are in the process of redoing all of the decks and have the doors to the decks locked and the only window to let air in opens maybe 2 inches. There is no air circulation and when it got hot out the room became muggy. The pool also was shut down and it doesn't seem like they altered the price for the room any lower for not being able to use the pool or being able to use the decks.

The location was great, but we had an excavator parked in our view to the ocean. Breakfast was good, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I didn't have any hot water for my shower on one morning of my stay. The elevator wasn't working because of construction, and we had to use the other elevator which was pretty far from our room, and I was traveling with a disabled family member, so that was a little tough.
