Non-smoking room & Casino. Great view room…lux finishes & super quiet (which is what we were looking for) Every single staffer was great! Loved how there’s so many active things to do there so, that’s fun - more restaurants all the time moving into the area - def makes us want to come back & try again in different weather. The restaurant Emily’s was great- loved my Salmon dinner & my hubs raved about his crab Louie. Service & food are always great there.

The bed could’ve been a little plusher & an extra blanket & throw tucked in a drawer would’ve been nice. We were on the 3rd floor in a room without a fireplace & the heat/AC was hard to regulate. Heat was stacking up from the floors below but the AC was too cold - an additional blanket would’ve made the AC more tolerable. Just opening the window didn’t work.

Rooms are beautiful…beds are so comfy…very clean…

impressed with storage, iron, comfy beds, view, shower was easy to get in/out of, effortless sliding door, and 2 shower heads, (would like safety bar beside toilet and comfort height toilet), it was great to have fridge, microwave and coffee bar in room. staff-both resort and restaurant were extremely polite, friendly and accommodating. recently refurbished and very clean and comfortable, forgot swim suits so can't rate that aspect.

it is a little pricey for us and the restaurant was very expensive but so delicious. it's not a trip we could afford often but so glad we did it. no real complaint, we were aware of price before we booked. the elevators were a little slow, any complaints are so minimal almost didn't mention them

staff was extremely polite and informative. our steaks were cooked to perfection. the room was beautiful and well maintained. amazing views and I can’t wait to book a visit again soon.

The room was excellent. The fireplace was so nice. There were plenty of plugs for all our devices. The bathroom shower was the best I’ve seen in a hotel. The cleaning crew were very friendly. I was surprised by how many stations there were on the tv. The downtown area was very close with plenty of stores to shop and places to eat. I will definitely book this place again.

We came to the hotel at 3:40 pm and were told we had to wait until exactly at 4:00 to check in and our rooms might still not be ready until up to 6:00 pm. That didn’t make me happy, but when we did check in at 4:00, our rooms were ready.

Very clean. COMFORTABLE beds. CLEAN. Food easily assessable and really really good. If you like to gamble there is that even though we don't, we love staying here. It is close enough to the beach to have a beautiful view from your room. It was stormy one night and it was amazing. Oh and even though the hotel was full, it was still very quiet which was super nice. The curtains close great and keep the light out so that was a serious bonus.

No "maid or room" service, was the ONLY bummer part.

We like that we can have meals on site, but when we were checking out we needed to eat and Emily's was not open till 8:30 we were forced to find somewhere in town. The gentleman that checked us out was nice enough to find places in Ocean Shore that were open for breakfast. I had a 9:00 o'clock appointment and needed to eat. It was very nice of him to do search for us, the Bistro was open but it wasn't going to work we needed more than coffee and rolls.

Meal service open earlier some people need to eat before they leave and coffee and rolls aren't always enough. The Bistro didn't have breakfast sandwiches This was 7:45am Tuesday.

A lovely ocean view, the room was spotlessly clean, beds were very comfortable, nice coffee corner with frig, super two sink bathroom area. A small, but equipped fitness room, a jacuzzi and a pool that were nice. It was quiet in the room.

The hotel was clearly short on staff. Not all of the dining areas were open and those that were, were limited in occupancy due to a lack of staff. We opted for the "no housekeeping" choice as we were only there a couple of days. This is a casino and that dominates everything as you have to walk through a part of the casino to get anywhere. We weren't interested in gambling but this was one of the few hotels still available for our dates.

Our room had a great view of the ocean, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The blackout curtains work extremely well and it was an overall good stay. It was relatively quiet with only the occassional door closing that we'd hear or talking as people walked by our room.

It didn't appear that housekeeping came to our room to restock our bottled water which we used for the Kurig that was provided, but that wasn't too big of a deal. We also wished the restaurant had kids meal options available as the menu selections didn't really cater to picky kids who only like certain food, and their portion sizes were really huge (not that that is a bad thing, she just couldn't eat it all and it ended up going to waste). We also wish we realized it wasn't an easy walk to the beach. There's quite a trek through the shrubbery on a small path to get to the beach itself.

Need to have times for adult swim only. Couldn't get near the hot tub. Family with very loud little kids monopolized it all night.
