the Staff was wonderful and the value was very good. the facility needs some work. but overall very good.

the hot and cold on the vanity sink were opposite to what they should be. a lot of drywall repair.

The beds were so comfy and they had a great breakfast. The housekeeping staff was so polite. Parking was ample.

We had a room looking at the ocean but our slider glass and the room windows and the deck pane were needing a good cleaning. We had a table for dining but only one chair. We asked for a second chair but never got one but we managed. It would be good if they checked the room and cleaned the deck glass as an ocean view is more money. Also they have a loveseat couch that needs to go to the good will because it’s cushions were so soft and worn. We are seniors and by not expecting this sitting down could have caused us an injury to our backs. All this being said, we will come back but I’ll bring a roll of paper towel and glass cleaner. ❤️

I thought the room was beautiful. It exceeded my expectations of quality considering the reviews were mostly 3 star. I had no issues with my room. It was clean, beautiful, and had good lighting. The pool was the best part, though. I loved that it was kind of warm inside the pool room (it was cold outside!!) and the hot tub was GREAT. You could press a button to activate the jets for a period of time as well. The best part for sure was breakfast. I have stayed at many hotels including the Hilton inns but this breakfast was MUCH better! They had waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy, potato patties, bacon, really good sausage, orange and apple juice, etc. So good.

The view was great. Breakfast was wonderful and better than expected. Perfect for starting the day with our big family.

Check in was difficult. Room wasn’t ready even though check in was 4pm. Almost didn’t get the top 3rd room we already paid for. It worked out but was a rough start. Also the grounds were dirty with trash that no one was cleaning up.

The staff was very friendly and helpful tending to our needs. Breakfast area was very well stocked, clean, the food was good, and the staff was very attentive to bring out more food. The room was very comfortable and quiet even though we were located next to the breakfast room. The bed was very comfortable even more so than more expensive locations we have stayed. The location is amazing with trails to the beach as well as centrally located to be able to walk to anywhere on "the strip" with a superb tap-house located basically in the parking lot. These are all the things that keep us coming back to this location at least one a year and most years more than once.

The AC didn't work very well however being October I'm not sure if the AC units are deactivated as the are rarely needed this time of year it was just very unusual weather. There were a few facility items that could be better maintained however non of those items affected our comfort or stay in any way.

the breakfast was outstanding, they had a lot of options for hot and non hot breakfast foods, there was kitchen staff constantly cleaning and bringing more fresh food out. the staff was amazing in the kitchen and at the front desk. the house keeper maritza was exceptional, she came in each day and made our bed, made sure our trash was taken out, cleaned our whole bathroom, and even refilled our soaps and picked up our trash.

everything was great, the walk to the beach was a little further than I thought it would be and another family staying next door to us said the same. but the beach is literally a one block drive if you wish to drive your car on it instead of walk. the hot tub was down, but that wasn’t. a big deal at all because the pool is heated and they even provide floaties for the kids, and the pool towels were freshly stocked each day.

There Breakfast is on par with many other places I've stayed and a good way to start the day with the kids. Room I stayed in was clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean.

Not much that I didn't like the main thing I found out was you should call the Hotel directly and check out there prices. I was told I could have saved close to the amount of another nights stay if I would have booked straight through. Them as well if your looking at booking sites only go there once if you bounce back and forth these sites seem to think that there in higher interest in the rooms and you may see prices on the same room going up the more times you come back to it.

The rooms on the 3rd floor so I could have a view of the ocean and it was beautiful. Breakfast was good which made for a good start for the kids.

After check in I found out I could have saved a close to a 150 bucks on a 5 night stay if I would have gone directly through the motel. So Id suggest calling the main hotel to see there price then comparing to online. The more you click in and out of a website seems to raise the price because it thinks more people are interested.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Nice upgrades to most of the hotel. Great selection at breakfast and big dining area. Loved the pool. On site laundry for guests. Cute little putt putt golf. Perfect for families. Easy access for beach and town.

I thought there was beach access from the hotel across the dunes, but the trails were confusing! But easier road access nearby. I informed the front desk that a lady had put her 'service' dog in the pool and was told the pool would be closed because of it. Not sure it was. Looks like some more upgrades needed. Found several long black hair on the floor (not mine).

I loved the full breakfast. Incredible. I liked how clean and bright the place was. I appreciated the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff. There's a trail to the beach nearby, which was nice.

The walls are pretty thin. I could hear the murmur of voices in the adjoining rooms, their televisions, and doors opening/ closing. Next time, I'll bring earplugs. It's also sometimes necessary to seek out the staff, but once you find them, they are super helpful.
