Love the cabins!! Beautiful, cozy, clean and has everything we need. We love the location on the Marina side and love seeing the wildlife. This was our second stay and we'll be back! Thank you

The pillows were so uncomfortable 😫 There were 8 to choose from which was nice, but they were all flat and hard. Need to bring your own if that style doesn't work for you Also the wifi was so spotty and unavailable during most of the weekend, since it's included in our price, it should have been more reliable. If you're counting on wifi for homeschooling or work, like we are sometimes, it was tough.

Staff support was great, even though their office is off-site nearby. I received a text prior to our arrival that our cottage was ready with instructions how to enter the cottage. Staff responded immediately when I texted that an outside entryway light was out. Housekeeping was responsive when I requested more coffee pods the first day, and they automatically delivered a few extras each day. Our cabin views were great, directly facing the ocean, built high enough to view over the protective, rocky jetty. Reasonable price. Stocked with everything you need. Great location, walking distance to downtown.

There was only one cushioned chair in the cabin, and plenty of room for at least one more. And the toilet was very short, not standard (kid size?).

Clean, quiet. Right on the water. Easy to find and locate cottage and parking. Easy to contact staff via text message. Really liked the no contact check in. Would stay there again.

The only thing lacking, which we did okay without was an oven. When I booked the room I used the non refundable rate. But the system didn't tell me there was a fee for dogs until after room was booked. Had to leave dogs home because of 25 dollars per pet per night. That should be something that is stated upfront.

The Westport Cottages offered a lovely experience. We stayed only 3 days, but we had a great time. Our dogs felt safe and calm (until it was time to leave!). To have our own little deck was delightful, and I'm sure we'd have used it, but we came in the Fall. All in all, we were so happy staying in the #3 cottage.

The only issue we had was the hardness (more than firm) mattresses. Same goes for the pillows. We didn't have great sleep.

I had one of the cottages facing the marina, so the view was lovely. (Some of the cottages face the sea wall, which is not a good view.) The main office is about three blocks away and was easy to locate. The marina itself is lively and has lots of places to walk dogs.

The fog horn at the end of the jetty took some getting used to. It sounds off every 15 seconds and can be heard across the whole marina. The cottage floor needs a good scrubbing; it was tacky, and wiping a damp cloth over it turned the cloth black. But the cottage was clean otherwise.

Great location and we had the marina view which we loved. Cabins were well equipped and very clean! Quiet location with the exception of the big diesel boats running in the wee hours. Easy remote check in and out. Had outdoor clam cleaning station. The office offers many free extras to guests, like bikes and outdoor crab boil pots and burners. Housekeeping very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back!

This cottage was adorable and perfect for two people. Being able to sit outside on a small porch overlooking the marina, watching sea lions and sea birds, with the commercial fishing boats coming and going, was exceptional.

The only small complaint was that the electric heater took quite a long time to heat up the room. It would have been nice if they had turned the heat up before we arrived as it was quite chilly that day.

The spa tub in the corner with the windows open listening to the Ocean was my highlight. Every utensil you needed for cooking was there. And the staff was very good at listening to my suggestion about an issue I had. They were timely with responses. I would go back there again and again. And I plan on telling everyone about this place. I was not disappointed.

The bed was sagging in the middle and made it very uncomfortable for two people. However I mentioned it to the staff and they responded quickly telling me they would.request a work order for a new bed.

On our second visit, once again, we've enjoyed a delightful and relaxing experience. The place has consistently been hassle-free, and the attentive staff promptly addresses any questions or needs, ensuring a seamless stay.

While there are minor inconveniences, such as challenging parking for larger trucks and a few loose screws on the TV mounts, they haven't been deal-breakers for us. We still plan to return, appreciating the overall experience.

It was a great place and staff was super helpful. We enjoyed our stay and plan to come back to ride the bike path.

There is a strong unpleasant oder at around 4 a.m. but it doesn't come in if the windows are closed. I enjoy sleeping with the windows open and when the smell would wake me I just closed the windows and it was fine. The cottage had two fans in the room and I used one in the bedroom helped a lot.
