Best Western Plus Renton Inn

The staff were amazing. Special shout-out to Julio, service manager. He was amazing. This stop was second on our list and we needed to do laundry. The property had guest laundry but the dryer wouldn’t work through the app . The property was aware of it and the service manager offered to do our laundry in one the big machines. We were ever so grateful . Thank you again to Julio . He should get some good recognition. In general staff were very helpful.

I didn’t like that the property offered change for the laundry machines in their welcome brochure in rooms but didn’t keep their change well stocked. I couldn’t get change for the machine and it wouldn’t work through the app. I think the least that could happen is if the machine is going to be broken . Offer guests enough change to feed the machine. This would have fixed all the problems without Julio having to step in.

We checked in late. Our flight didn't arrive until after midnight. Once checked in our room we noticed there wasn't a bathroom door. Later that morning, they gave a new room with a bathroom door. Apparently, they were renovating by painting the bathroom doors and never got around to replacing that door. Breakfast was great and delicious. My family enjoyed it. Location was close to places we needed to go. We will book at this hotel the next time we are in Seattle. The staff members, Warren and Alice, were very kind and friendly. Their service to us was top-notch.

There wasn't a thing we didn't like. Convenient location and a great and friendly staff.

The facility was very clean, loved the breakfast offer and the front desk and for that matter all the employees were very nice, courteous and helpful.

Was a little noisy could hear the people above me walking. I was near the elevator and ice machine so it was a little noisy. The location did not have mush around it for eating had to drive for lunch or dinner.

Great location, pretty good breakfast. Sufficient parking.

I asked to move rooms because the children above me were running, jumping off the bed, and marching around their room from 1am to 1:45 and from 6am to 7:45. The front desk staff told me they would find another room for me and they would give me a call. They never called back.

Breakfast was excellent. WFfles great.

Water cooler out of water one day and no one filled with water while I waited and ate breakfast. But they did give me a warm bottle of water. Said there were quarters at the desk for washer when I checked in. But none available when I needed. A great employee from housekeeping gave me the 4 quarters I needed. Maybe more should be kept on hand. None on Saturday at about 4 pm.

Staff was accomodative, specially Daniel, the Asst Manager, gave good advice on Restaurants, and other points of Interests. Room was very clean, bed was comfy. Breakfast had both hot old fashioned oat meal, belgian waffles, cereals, eggs, sausage, and fruits. They have four room cleaners/ helpers to make up toom, truly this is a home away from home. Place is either new or recently remodeled, being on 3rd floor, made it quiet and easy to sleep.

The hotel was located at a convenient location. Close to restaurants and the city. Breakfast was good too with several options.

We went out for the day and when we returned, we had to park in the back which is fine. Since we returned late (9 pm), the nearby entrance was locked so we had to walk around to the front entrance which was a minor inconvenience. We understand it is for security reasons!

Great staff, helpful and friendly. Good breakfast.

Housekeeping. I placed the card for housekeeping to clean the room and when I returned the card had been flipped to “do not disturb “. Room not cleaned, I emptied our trash and had to ask for clean towels/ toilet paper.

The breakfast was fine. Your staff is amazing! Friendliest staff I’ve ever had in a hotel. The front desk gal Angie was great as were all the rest of the staff. Always had a smile and always acknowledged us whenever in passing.

Breakfast was simple, just right. The lady who took care of it was very pleasant and nice. The location of the hotel was just right, close to my family.
