Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Renton

Location was good. Staff was friendly especially the night manager Kip My first room the Tv wasn’t working he changed my room and gave me cookies. 2nd room the air conditioning was not working well so he kindly changed it again with absolutely no problem he was extremely nice and very helpful. Location was good for me, the final room was nice and quiet, a little drab but ok, it had plenty of towels so did not need cleaning service through my stay. Not sure how the room thing would have been if it had not been for Kip he was extremely helpful.

My first room the Tv wasn’t working, 2nd room the air conditioning was not working well couldn’t get it lower than 76 degrees, 3 rd room was great but the fridge was almost like a freezer my bananas and milk were frozen not just cold. Before I booked I saw a review that said they were charged $7 a day for parking that they didn’t know about so when I had to change my dates I asked the lady on the phone about the parking charge and she told me they did not have a charge for parking I said great. However, when I checked in I was told it was $7 a day and told him I already asked about that and he didn’t charge me.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was always helpful. Booking the use of pool was great as we were able to enjoy it by ourselves during Covid. I especially liked having breakfast together in the mornings and having the outside patio area in the evenings to hang out.

Although breakfast was included they didn’t have the hot items available due to Covid, so choices were limited but it was still a plus to eat together in the mornings.

staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, and a comfortable room. mattress and pillows were very comfortable.

Breakfast was very expensive for what received. Most hotels have complimentary breakfast. no coffee refill offered and coffee lukewarm.

Ms. Marlo, you are amazing. From the minute i walked through the door, Ms. Marlo made me comfortable in a place id never been before. She was one of the nicest things on my stay..i do not remember the night workers name but she was just as awesome. Had a little hair thing go on NO big deal, but she made it her immediate priority..these ladies were outstanding and id definitely come back, bed was so comfortable ...loved the garden.

Hair i found in bathroom. You could clearly see the bathroom was clean..this thing happens...hair just happens to gross me out. However it was a minor hiccup to a rather lovely stay.

Location. Private feel area. Quiet. Feel safe. Staff are professional and willing to help. 5 star service! We traveled from Salem Or. truth hurts... as minorities we dont get to witness great service in OR. As much like we recieved here at Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/ Renton. Thank you so much.

Exit is allowed through the side or back doors but not to re enter. Allowed entry thru front sliding door area only. Not sure how long for.

There was a slight delay with my check in and my front desk clerk (I wish I could remember her name) was absolutely amazing with getting my check in handled as quickly as possible. She provided excellent customer service and I could tell that she put her “all” into her job and did not let the challenges affect her ability to do her job well and make me feel well cared for. Thank you!!

location good. housekeeping excellent. reception staff friendly and helpful.

cost of breakfast, did not eat at hotel restaurant. parking fee unexpected and no assurance of security.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast items were really good.

The pool and hot tub were out of order the whole time and the cleaning staff took our recycling bottles when they cleaned the room.

The noise level was fine once my head hit the pillow, great bed. Was a little noisy, but better than my last stay. Overall very happy
