I liked the 2 bedrooms that were a good size. The kitchen was decent although we barely used it. It worked well for our needs.

This hotel was very expensive plus parking was $10 for each car (we had 2). There was no breakfast or extra perks that you would expect for $370 a night. They seemed to be short staffed and when I requested no feather pillows they still put them on the bed, then couldn't find any regular ones so they gave me tiny square pillows with no pillowcases. There was lots of construction near the hotel so it doubled our commute time to appointments. I also didn't like that there were no close restaurants just a delivery service that brought cold food after an hour's wait. I would not book here again.

The kitchenette is always a plus. The property itself is clean and tucked away from busy traffic. I also like that they offer free washers and dryers.

they stopped providing paper towels and dish soap. They also started charging $10 a day PLUS TAX for parking which I’m NOT a fan of. They never used to do this… This is not an area where parking is at a premium. This expense added almost $100 to my stay which I felt was misleading.

My wife and I booked this hotel unexpectedly, as we were stranded in Seattle for a night, thanks to Delta's incompetence. Despite the circumstances, we had a great stay at the Sonesta. The woman who checked us in, Sassy, was extremely friendly and helpful. She got us into a room earlier than I suspect was the normal check-in time, and she even gave us a recommendation for a delivery restaurant.

There was no breakfast, but I knew that going in, and it wasn't really surprising, given the suite-style room that came with a kitchen.

I happened to spend much of my 3 night stay in the room, so I needed a workstation and kitchen. I chose this room because of the full kitchen (small proportions but fully equipped and provisioned), the very usable workstation desk with good chair, a nice comfortable couch, and a very comfortable bed. A lot to pack in a typical hotel room, so everything was sized to fit but it all was perfect. The price was competitive with other options of far less value. The location was in a secluded industrial park area with other hotels, but easy access to freeway and just 10 minutes from a mall and huge variety of services. No free breakfast, but the coffee was quite good.

The bathroom door wants to close by itself (makes sense for more than one person but I was alone), and that means the bathroom tends to get cooler than the living space, I had to prop the door open with the desk chair. They should have a doorstop. It has a shower/tub feature, shower was fine, the tub was a little small for my 6' tall self. Nitpicks for balance. I loved this place.

Two bedroom suite was very clean. Smelled a little musty upon arrival but disappeared with an open window shortly thereafter. Location was acceptable for airport, roughly 15-20 minutes with UBER.

Location was off the beaten path… couldn’t walk to anything as it was in a corporate/industrial area. Was able to UBER for about $15 each way to restaurants, Walmart & Starbucks as there is no restaurant on site. Shuttle doesn’t begin until 7am which was too late to use for our 8:25am flights.

Want to applaud Milly at the front desk of Sonesta Select (we came into the wrong facility at first because signage was not clear ) for her extreme patience and kindness towards a guest who was having a hard time checking in.

It was a bit noisy throughout the night from other guests revving up their cars. Nothing management can really do anything about but a bit frustrating. A bit hard to find in the dark as signage didn’t seem to be obvious.

Good location rooms comfortable and functional. Good wifi overall. Staff very friendly and helpful. Other guests also friendly. Dogs welcomed,

Rooms a little dated and worn. Oven not fully functional. Dog fee is excessive, considering that nothing is really provided for them.

I love that you have a private little kitchen in the room. and everything you need to cook a basic meal. super comfy beds and Netflix on the TV! traveling so much I know how to appreciate the little things. they also have free popcorn available every night!

pay for parking.

Rooms were nice. People were nice.

I did not get new towels or my garbage taken out the entire 6 nights which was weird and started to make the room smell funny.

Complimentary laundry is a plus although hotel were not able to provide detergent even for purchase. There was only dryer sheet available. Be nice if there were breakfast items offered. Also it's summer and so price was way high but comparable to other hotels there and so I rated price as a value.
