Convenient location close to waterfront and short walk from Pioneer Square light rail station. Great breakfast with plenty of choices from waffles and toast to sausage and egg buns, cereal, fruit, yoghurts etc. Not a huge room but we were upgraded to a king room and it was very comfortable. Soft drinks and snacks machine at the end of our floor with cheap prices.

Would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room although we did have an ice bucket and ice was readily available. Pioneer Square is a characterful area but not so great at night as some restaurants seem to have closed down since covid and sadly there were homeless people in evidence in some local streets.

The location was perfect and walking distance to everything. Good breakfast , selections & to go. Staff extremely helpful & accomodating.

I would have given the property a ten but both nights I was there, the elevator broke down and the elevator is one of thecreasons at their affordable rate around the alkstar game, that I stayed there. At 71 with two bad knees & back, it made things very difficult & painful. No fault of the property but it is what it is. Can't give a ten as a result...

I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly helpful and welcoming. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was extremely clean and roomy. The bed was super comfortable. The location was great. Within walking distance, just minutes to the Pier, buses and the train station. Breakfast was brilliant. A great variety to choose from. I am missing the fresh waffles already. Just delicious.

I didn't find any faults with the hotel.

The guy who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The parking situation isn't ideal for someone who doesn't enjoy driving in Seattle traffic. Trying to get turned around to check in was a headache. But, we went for a concert and we paid $30 a night which was great compared to the $65 the garage was charging. So that definitely was a plus, it's just up the block up and over, it's not far at all. Great location to walk to Lumen Field. They do offer complimentary breakfast as well.

Parking situation

Desk clerk Kevin was so welcoming! I got in late after a long day and it was great to have a smooth easy and friendly check -in. LOVE that I could open the windows as I like a cool room. Dark wood old-school feel with the mod cons was ideal. Didn't scope breakfast much, but was very glad to grab yogurt, banana and coffee to go.

Don't like the anti-theft hangers, I'd rather have plastic proper hangers to hang some hand laundry in the bathroom, and the arrangement of the room made the closet location slightly awkward.

Enjoy the breakfast, part of the stay. Basic breakfast but it worked for us and they had the area staffed which was a nice bonus. Very clean. The location is great if you are going to be taking the ferries or want to walk to Pike Street Station. Not too much going on in Pioneer Square. The hotel is a bit dated but not in a bad way, it is more 'historic and comfortable'. The room was quite large, we had 2 beds and plenty of space.

Since it was on the street side, pretty noisy - fire trucks, etc.. .seemed were passing by all the time. Not sure if I went back if I would stay on the 'street side'. One elevator, a bit slow but we were on the 3rd floor and easily used the stairs. No issue. Vendor machine was not stocked with water but the front desk was very kind to give us 2 bottles at no cost. No microwave and fridge, but you know that going into it.

Location was amazing, just across from Waterfront. Very unassuming building but lovely heritage interior. Comfortable room. Continental breakfast included....was varied enough for our needs.

Not enough lights in room (we are finding this an issue with US hotels!). No fridge! The streets around the hotel away from the waterfront felt a bit unsafe occasionally but had no issues.

The location and breakfast were good, bed was comfy, overall the hotel was clean but the building itself is old but I believe it's a historical site. The inside is very, very dated but they are remodeling. In good walking distance to popular spots but stay alert, their are plenty of homeless but just as much tourists.

There is no outside light, our room view was another building so we couldn't see any light hardly, the inside is very dated.

Good location, very close to ferry and only a short walk to the waterfront with many restaurants etc. Only a short walk to bus and light rail station. The staff were friendly and check in, answered our questions and gave good recommendations. There are a lot of options available at the breakfast, including a waffle maker, but I recommend that you go early, as it can get busy later on.

No real problems with the hotel. The decor is a bit dated, but not a problem for the price. There are a lot of homeless people nearby, but that is just the area.

I liked the room because it was quite for resting. The breakfast time in the dining room was comfortable and I liked the meals, I didn't have to pay in another place. My room was clean and was made when I came back from my hang out. I think I'm going to return this same hotel in another opportunity, it was easily to take any other transportation around it and it is in good point.

Just fix the vending machine, I couldn't buy anything and steal me $2.
