Entire staff was friendly throughout our stay. Our room was clean & comfortable. We were on the 1st floor & it was surprisingly quiet. We stayed here as we were in town for a sports tournament. They opened up a conference room as an additional breakfast space to accommodate those there for the tournament. I thought this was thoughtful for both the teams and the other guests not there for the tournament, as they were able to comfortably use the usual breakfast area. We were able to use the pool. & they also had coffee & tea available all day long which we took advantage of. The location felt a little remote (which I don’t mind), but was centrally located for our needs & close to downtown. There was also TONS of parking, which was great. I’ve found parking to be a struggle elsewhere when traveling for tournaments. Would book here again if I’m ever back in the area.

Location was excellent for all the errands that needed to be done with minimum effort. Including the airport. Cost was fair. Front desk staff really funny and friendly at check in.

Breakfast menu needs a little more like cereal, milk, fruit. Eggs were dry. Otherwise, nice to have a part of the price. I will still go back.

We had an issue with our booking through Booking.com. It was frustrating after traveling 7 hours in a car with my mother who was tired and hungry. They quickly accommodated us - found a double queen room and got us in ASAP and said they would still look for the reservation from Booking.com but wanted us to be able to freshen up and rest. We were so grateful how quickly they worked for us and truly felt like appreciated guests.

The staff were fantastic! The pool was open late and the breakfast was really good. it was so quiet and lots of eating choices about 10 minutes away.

in our time there (a week) no one cleaned around the pool. The same towels and garbage was there on day one to day 6. They were having a staff shortage but cleaning is so important.

The room was a decent size. It was clean and good smell. Great water pressure on shower. Big bathroom. They allowed late check out and early check it. The pool and hot tub were nice.

There were some small stains on carpets not to big of a deal. Too much bleach/chlorine in pool. No black out curtains. Alot of light coming in morning. Breakfast should run until 10am. It ends @9am.

This is one of the hotels we frequent when we come into town to visit family.

Covid isn't a reason to not provide the great continental breakfasts people are expecting. Prices of rooms are high and still no good breakfasts.

Entry into the room. Need to update using touch card and not magnetic strip. We had to go back to front desk to have them redo the key bc we couldn't get in.

The room was big, it had a refrigerator, it was clean. Breakfast was good. The location was easy to get to. Plenty of parking. The staff was friendly.

At breakfast they had bagels, which was nice. I wish they would have toast or English muffins.the bagels are too big..

Liked how my park and fly stay worked. Appreciated the fast shuttle pick up from the airport too.

Wasn't really impressed with the breakfast facility upkeep during the breakfast hours.

The hotel had very nice, large, modern windows that kept it very quite. it was a decent size room, with fridge & microwave. Loved that they provided Dove brand soaps & shampoo/conditioner!!
