Hampton Inn & Suites Spokane Downtown-South

Quiet location with easy on and off I-90. The hotel is brand new and beautiful. Our room had a great city view and was super clean. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed snd an actual hot breakfast with lactose free and gluten free yogurt options. Nice gym, pool and free parking. We walked two blocks to a neighborhood bar/restaurant with great food, which saved us additional driving after a long drive from Pocatello.

They need more luggage carts. Two isn’t enough for a hotel this size and we had to make three trips to the car to unload. Fridge should have a small freezer, so one can refreeze cooker packs.

The hotel was awesome, staff were friendly, the hotel was very clean, modern and in great shape, seemed almost new. The beds were very comfortable, breakfast was good. The pool area was exceptionally clean and although a little on the small side was still very nice. Wifi was also very good.

The parking garage was a little tight for someone with a truck but was overall pretty good. The roads around the hotel really could use some fixing up. I thought the price for a 2 night stay was a little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for.

I like the location and appreciate aesthetics and beautiful design in the hotel. Also I like that they provide a crib for our baby. Hotel smells wonderful!

I wish they would clean rooms mode often than every four days. The biggest disappointment is super hard beds. My husband and I woke up with massive backaches. We traveled quite a bit and those beds probably are most uncomfortable. They are really hard as a rock. It was uncomfortable to sleep.

The location is convenient and close to many places. The hotel, staff, rooms, especially the breakfast was superb!! We as a family love staying at the Hampton Inn!! It’s always felt like a relaxing vacation! Also a great hotel to unwind and also have fun! The cost for the hotel is also very reasonable!! Especially for the experience and continuing awesome experiences we’ve had!! It’s definitely one of our favorite hotels!!

Clean, modern and large room with comfortable lounge chair and great bed. Nice breakfast buffet with lots of choices.

Hearing several helicopters landing / taking off one after another on roof at hospital across the street. However, I checked news and found there had been a large multi car accident so maybe that was why (sadly) that happened and probably not an everyday occurrence. It was minor overall as room was otherwise quiet.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We came back because it has everything we are looking for in a hotel; cleanliness, newer finishes, a quiet (and safe) but convenient location, a nice pool/hot tub and a great breakfast. We were not disappointed.

The first time we stayed we had a really nice view of downtown Spokane. This time we were not that lucky. Certainly this was not a big deal; if the view were that important we would have asked for a room with a view.

It is a new hotel and we had a great view. I was a little confused as I know Spokane and could not picture a Hampton In Downtown. It is not truly downtown in the bar/restaurant scene, it is across the freeway on the hill by Sacred Heart Hospital. That didn't both us but you couldn't really walk from downtown if that is what somebody wants. I will definitely stay there again.

Silverwood family trip …..The property location was great breakfast also great very clean spacious rooms comfortable beds great price for 2 rooms everywhere we go we stay at Hampton hotels every time coming back for sure not

We did a family trip also brought kids with us and the most annoying part was other guests complaining about the noise I’ve a 2yr old and she was already asleep but they assumed it was us very annoyed never had an issue like that not to mention that we stayed at another Hampton hotel in Vegas and a totally different story

Lovely room, decorated nicely and functional design. Beautiful lobby and breakfast area. The breakfast exceeded expectations- lots of choices -all of which were delicious. Helpful, friendly staff!

The location is right by a hospital. There wasn’t a lot to walk to that we could see, but downtown is a short drive away.

Nice location and close to downtown Spokane the room was nice and comfortable and I liked that they had shower stuff in the shower as I forgot mine at home so that was a nice touch and Breakfast was really good with lots of choices

It is alittle farther then I would like from riverfront park and downtown and not alot of food choices near by to walk to so we had to Uber to riverfront for good food choices
