Rooms were comfy and water was hot. The hotel is quiet.

Lots of homeless in the area. We were very concerned about our vehicle. The property employees don't seem to do much about the homeless digging through trash or walking into the hotel and walking up and down the hallways. I fully understand it is a warm, dry place to escape during the winter but most of the people we saw were high. Our hearts go out to people but I don't like stressing when I'm trying to relax on vacation.

Friendly & helpful staff. Very understanding & accommodating Were celebrating 19 year anniversary with my husband but couldn't afford to take time off of work, located down the street at Goodwill Industries. The staff was understanding of the situation & accommodating of when we had the car breakdown a block from the hotel & checked in so late

Hot tub jets didn't work. Didn't know cash payments weren't accepted until had arrived, would have preferred to know before &wish I could have paid with cash even with card on file. But the stay was wonderful.

This was our second time staying here. Pool and hot tub was a great attraction. Great location, fast refund of our deposit, competent and friendly staff.

Hotel could use a few updates. The ceiling tile frame in the bathroom shows a lot of surface rust, the bureau / tv stand was dinged up and could use staining. Door closer needs adjustment. But none of these are deal breakers. We will be back to this location.

The evening manager was extremely professional. She handled a disgruntled customer who was yelling at her, and stayed calm. It seems that they are understaffed, but she was doing a great job. The room was clean and comfortable.

Odd holes in the wall in the room where something had been mounted and removed. Notice posted in the parking lot that customers should not leave valuables in the car, makes me wonder about the safety of the neighborhood.

Breakfast was great, the room that they serve breakfast on the 5th floor was clean and comfortable.

I didn't like that my room was not ready when I arrived at 9 pm. The night manager (who I found out is new) was very overwhelmed and used curse words at her computer. They seemed to have a shortage of bedding and housekeepers. There is a strong smell of chlorine from the pool when you walk into the lobby. BUT....It is a clean and friendly place.

it was fairly clean and had a pool to keep the kids happy.

while the place was fairly clean, there were things that kind of stood out like dirty carpets, looked like things were painted over instead of properly fixed. pool towels were not much larger than dish towels. we walked into our room and a corner bumper guard to the bathroom had fallen off and was laying in the middle of the floor. While my 14 year old daughter said she slept very well, I found my bed (by the window) to be very hard. pillows were very small and flat as well.

Staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and the room was clean.

The breakfast wasn't that good, but oh well. The one thing that I'm questioning is the sheets on the bed. I've stayed in several hotels, and I've never seen sheets that were wrinkled, like the ones on the bed. just on one side. My husband told me not to worry about it, I made him sleep on that side.

We got to breakfast and the eggs were gone, the milk and juice were empty, the coffee pot was empty and the sausage links looked like they were left over from the day before. We waited for about 15 minutes to see if the attendant would show up but no one did.

We asked for an extra chair and they provided one. The bed was VERY comfortable! The room hasn't been remodeled for a few years but was not in bad condition. Loved the quiet treadmill/exercise room and the pool area looked very nice. The little store inside the lobby has many small items and food/drinks if you forget something. Breakfast was adequate tasting with many choices for a reg. diet. There was unsweetened applesauce, eggs and sausage for diabetics. There are two dining areas so when the smaller one where the food is was full, there was plenty of space in the second conference room area to sit. Doors to the room are very heavy; not easy to brake into? Breakfast lady (only one there) was running hard to keep things clean and tried to refill food quickly.

The room was very cramped around the bed/desk area. We asked for an extra chair so we could both sit without having to sit on the end of the bed but really, there wasn't enough room for the chair that was there much less another one. The bathroom ceiling needs to be redone or painted... showing some damage above the shower. Sink did not drain well. Doors to the room are very heavy (and make a lot of noise when closing). Our neighbors were in and out from 2 am -5 am with the door constantly slamming shut... Only one person working at the kitchen/breakfast. Ran out of coffee. She could use some help on weekends! Animals are allowed to stay here; dog was on leash but got away from owner and got in the elevator with me. Didn't bother me but it might some people?

staff was very friendly, the pool lights weren't all working and we got a ton of apologies for the awesome evening mood lighting but that's totally okay. kids had a lot of fun. great location to downtown food and the airport, parks.
