Friendly & helpful staff. Very understanding & accommodating Were celebrating 19 year anniversary with my husband but couldn't afford to take time off of work, located down the street at Goodwill Industries. The staff was understanding of the situation & accommodating of when we had the car breakdown a block from the hotel & checked in so late

Hot tub jets didn't work. Didn't know cash payments weren't accepted until had arrived, would have preferred to know before &wish I could have paid with cash even with card on file. But the stay was wonderful.

it was fairly clean and had a pool to keep the kids happy.

while the place was fairly clean, there were things that kind of stood out like dirty carpets, looked like things were painted over instead of properly fixed. pool towels were not much larger than dish towels. we walked into our room and a corner bumper guard to the bathroom had fallen off and was laying in the middle of the floor. While my 14 year old daughter said she slept very well, I found my bed (by the window) to be very hard. pillows were very small and flat as well.

We asked for an extra chair and they provided one. The bed was VERY comfortable! The room hasn't been remodeled for a few years but was not in bad condition. Loved the quiet treadmill/exercise room and the pool area looked very nice. The little store inside the lobby has many small items and food/drinks if you forget something. Breakfast was adequate tasting with many choices for a reg. diet. There was unsweetened applesauce, eggs and sausage for diabetics. There are two dining areas so when the smaller one where the food is was full, there was plenty of space in the second conference room area to sit. Doors to the room are very heavy; not easy to brake into? Breakfast lady (only one there) was running hard to keep things clean and tried to refill food quickly.

The room was very cramped around the bed/desk area. We asked for an extra chair so we could both sit without having to sit on the end of the bed but really, there wasn't enough room for the chair that was there much less another one. The bathroom ceiling needs to be redone or painted... showing some damage above the shower. Sink did not drain well. Doors to the room are very heavy (and make a lot of noise when closing). Our neighbors were in and out from 2 am -5 am with the door constantly slamming shut... Only one person working at the kitchen/breakfast. Ran out of coffee. She could use some help on weekends! Animals are allowed to stay here; dog was on leash but got away from owner and got in the elevator with me. Didn't bother me but it might some people?

This is our second time staying here. The staff is very nice and the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

We got to breakfast and the eggs were gone, the milk and juice were empty, the coffee pot was empty and the sausage links looked like they were left over from the day before. We waited for about 15 minutes to see if the attendant would show up but no one did.

I loved the location because I could go for a walk with my dog across the street where it was mostly trees and large open parking lots without a lot of annoying noise. The room was a good size to stretch out and relax.

The weird mirror hell elevator. I felt as if I was in a frightening 1970s David Cronenberg film.

Pool was amazing and my kids had the best time! My kids loved the little store they have in the hotel. Made a late night snack easy with a lunch able and pizza pocket

Breakfast should be til 10 or 1030 I went up there at 845 and waffles were shut down and that’s all my kids wanted. Should also have bacon not just sausage

I liked that it was a cozy hotel and was family friendly. It was close to Silverwood and close to restaurants.

We had a pretty good time, the only issue we had was we didn't get room service when we had requested it.

The place was big. Breakfast is in the 5th floor and over looks downtown Spokane. Very quiet. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The pool room was very big with windows over head. The beds were perfect not to soft but not to hard. Loved it. Good spot to get away on a staycation. Perfect for birthdays.

I loved it all actually. It was perfect for what I needed. Perfect little birthday getaway for a single Mommy close enough to home far enough away.lol

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My father had eye surgery and was still weak from anesthesia. We were having a hard time getting him in the hotel and thankfully they had a wheelchair that they let us borrow! It was very much appreciated!!

There wasn't any soap or hand soap in our room. Luckily I had a small bottle with me.

we had to leave early on Sunday, 6am, to arrive at our destination on time, so we missed breakfast because it starts later on Sunday. I can see extending the time on weekends so people can sleep later, but you shouldn’t punish those who still get up early!!
