The lo location the rooms were appropriate for what we paid for them I like that they were able to take either cash or card payment with cash there was a deposit but with card there wasn't and the fact that they were last minute we had to make the last minute reservation because the Best Western in Spokane Washington didn't tell us about a $250 deposit that we had to pay to stay there so we got all the way to town and had nowhere to go so I like the fact that they got us in right away

It could have been cleaner there were hairs and dirt on the floor in the bathroom and some things hadn't been cleaned off in a long time also the staff could have been a lot from here they were rather rude snappy little bit irritated like they were too good to be there and didn't want to be but other than that it was great watch out car

Comfortable beds, clean, quiet..loved that we had the main floor close to the admissions and that our room faced trees. popcorn was nice. Staff helped right away with a small problem. Nice that there was tea since no decaf coffee.

Could have used a lamp on the desk and a bar of soap. A pen in the room with a small pad of paper is handy. there was no decaf coffee, but I suppose I could have asked, but didn't. Location was good for my appointments. Continental breakfast was bad! could have had an apple or banana..a whole wheat bagel or something healthy.

The price

The door wasn't able to lock securly, looked like it had been broken into we didn't feel too safe at night. The breakfast was a bag to go, when we were checking out is when we asked for breakfast-then it was a cold sausage biscuit that we couldn't warm up because we were leaving. There was no sign stating that the breakfast was to go and you had to ask for it, the only reason I knew is because I looked up the reviews! The front desk attendant when we checked in never told us or anyone else for that matter. As I was getting my coffee earlier I noticed that 3 young men looking for breakfast as well I had to tell them that they had to ask the front desk attendant. Covid was 3 years ago, we need to go back to normal things, bring back the breakfast.

Absolutely lovely stay, we didn't get to see much of Spokane because of the weather but the area where the hotel was, was lovely and easy to get in and out even in the snow. Lots of great eateries close by. Parking available. Very clean, great breakfast, tea and coffee always available, staff were super helpful and friendly and the room was huge, clean and comfortable.

This wasn't an issue for us because they gave so much food but note that the breakfast is currently a sack breakfast not a buffet etc. Lots of yummy food though!

One thing the screen was bent and didn't fit the window at all.. The hallway carpet was extremely dirty. A 0 on a scale of 1 to 10. That really surprised me when compared with the interior of the room. The lobby was pristine and very clean but so disappointed in the entrance to the lower level. Terrible presentation for that entrance.

All the staff we came into contact with were very sweet and accommodating. The whole entire hotel smelled/ was very clean.

The only time we had any issues was when we showed up for check-in and they didn’t have any rooms available so we were asked to come back in about an hr and they would have our room ready but when we showed back up after giving an entire hour the room still wasn’t ready. Other than that everything ended up getting figured out and was a nice stay over-all. My partner and I have both worked in costumer service so we were totally understanding of them being incredibly short staffed and over booked.

We always have a great time at this hotel and I would defiantly say that the price is great for what you get. Staff is always wonderful.

The only problem we’ve had was the room not being ready on time. Both times we’ve stayed this has happened. I do understand being understaffed so it’s not a big deal. We do not mind waiting as long as it’s not a ridiculous amount of time. I do although wish that they would offer a later checkout to make up for the time we’ve lost waiting on the room. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

Good location for access to the arena. The room was large, clean and as comfortable as a hotel can be. Nicely maintained, clean looking with decent continental breakfast bar. The day and night staff were super friendly, helpful and kind. More than anything, the staff made this a pleasant visit because of how they treated us and made us feel like valued customers.

I liked especially the bathroom safety. I have some mobility issues and was able to use everything without issue. I think with a wheelchair you would need a bit more space or specialty room, but the bathtub surface was slip resistant with a wide enough side to sit pretty comfortably, with a grab bar to pull up. The staff was professional and helpful, and the room had no issues.
