The breakfast was amazing! Sara who works in the breakfast area is a great cook and such a hard worker! There was a different breakfast each day, everything was always clean, and she always had fresh coffee available. The hot tub was great actually very hott unlike other hotels I’ve been too, pool was also nice. There was vending machines, hotel was also close to the outlet mall.

Carpet was very dirty. Stained through out the whole hotel. Although this hotel is next to an interstate so there is alot of truck drivers and sports teams that stay here so I understand why the carpet is dirty, but it’s also very very old and just needs fo be replaced. The beds could also use an upgrade. They were nice I slept good but also old.

The motel requires people to sign up to use the pool, and only given two hours per day. This is really strange.

If the Metra transportation was better organized, we could have gotten there earlier and had more time spent at this lovely hotel! We needed to recharge our batteries physically & emotionally but were robbed of the opportunity to do so for the maximum amount of time due to the horribly scheduling of the trains coming in from Chicago! And the poorly listed travel times & inconsistency provided info made worse by the holiday! This, of course, was not the fault of the hotel company!

The TV selection could have been better and easier to navigate with the remote, but that's about it!

perfect location! nice and clean. staff all pleasant. food was good. hot eggs biscuits and gravy. coffee bar always and even a water dispenser. ice machine worked. best thing: the pool was clean and water warm. the last few month we have been traveling around for sports in the weekends and EVERY hotel pool has been cold. most even Ice cold you can’t swim. so this was wonderful to have what should be the norm. and the hot tub was nice and hot.

Needs to be updated some, room did have a musty smell to it. I asked for a more private quiet room, I was placed across from the elevator and almost next to the vending area. So it was on the louder side. The mini fridge was so small, almost pointless and bar holding drinks in the door was missing so items kept falling out when you opened it.

Staff was so nice. A snow storm came the day we were supposed to go. They were able to move the trip back a day! Made our trip so much better! They communicates with us about an issue after we left which was amazing! Pool is heated and was so nice. As well as hot tub! Breakfast was yummy with different options both days! Room was comfy and just enough space for our family!

Loved the in-room jacuzzi. It would be great to have that option in a room with 2 beds.

Drain on tub wouldnt open to drain without taking drain out manually. Food for breakfast was fine. Except for sausage gravy - thinner than the milk it was probably made with. Otherwise, no complaints

Our room and the staff were great. Found the staff to be very kind and helpful. The room was very nice and accommodating

The bed wasn't very comfortable and the TV was outdated. The room was nice, but could use some updates. If these few issues were addressed, I think it would go a long way in improving the next stay.

Loved the clean friendly staff also the morning breakfast lady was nice.

I didn't like how packed the pool was if we should pick a time slot we should be able to see how many others picked that same slot it was kinda uncomfortable also someone brought in a whole pizza and left it there the smell was gross..

Easy check-in, easy and fast Wi-Fi, great location next to the highway, a nice grocery, and food and fuel.

Front desk made an assumption I wanted to sign up for their rewards program - I did not, and I already had an account - and they used an incorrect email address from Booking.com thinking it was me. We had to hash out the confusion (and I'm not eligible for points because I booked through Booking.com), and in the end she got me all squared away properly. Not a big deal.
