Sheraton Madison Hotel

The customer service at the hotel was top notch. We did not realize that the shuttle service was available prior to booking, but it made the trip to Madison much more enjoyable because we could get downtown and not have to deal with the hassle of finding a place to park. We enjoyed walking downtown and when we were done we simply called the hotel to be picked up. We enjoyed the pool and the staff let us stay a few minutes past closing so we could pick up our belongings and not feel rushed, which was greatly appreciated!

We stayed two nights and the complimentary breakfast while good was the same both days. It would have been nice to maybe mix it up or know what the menu was ahead of time so we could have planned differently. I don't know if it was communicated properly but it seemed a little unknown about what you were allowed to get. For example, I grabbed an orange juice with the meal and it just seemed tiny in comparison to how much food was on the plate. Rationing out the juice just complicated my enjoyment of breakfast.

The set up of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. I love the warm tones and inviting areas for community and leisure. The location was great and the service was exceptional. Also, the beds were amazingly comfortable. I can’t believe I could book a place like this for an affordable rate.

The other guests of the hotel were a bit loud with passing through the hallways and we could hear them all, but I believe it was just situational to the time of visit.

Beautiful, modern hotel with an upscale feel. The staff were very friendly and made check in and check out a breeze. Great room with plenty of space, great bathroom, bed was comfortable and love that we had a refrigerator which can be hard to find sometimes.

Everything was great

Our stay at the Sheraton Madison was great. Perfect for any occasion . We had our wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception at their different halls. Having everything done in one place for the entire weekend was the best idea. Very convenient to go back and forth to the room during these occasions. As short staffed as they are ( blame it on the pandemic!) , they have catered to every request we had and they made sure all visitors are comfortable.

Nothing to not like about the property !

The location was convenient, the room was clean, and the TV was exceptionally big! I didn't feel super comfortable signing into my netflix account, but that was a nice feature. The TV had multiple streaming services including the channels on the TV. The bed was very comfortable, although it did get a little steamy with the very thick comforter on top. There was 3 layers, a sheet, a thinner comforter, and the thick comforter on top. On nice chilly, winter days it will come in handy! The bathroom was very nice and clean, a lot of nice lighting. There is only a stand up shower and not a tub, but it was very nice! The coffee maker was not available in the room, but can be brought to you by request (due to covid). Staff was super informative and friendly. I will definitely be returning for another stay!

There wasn't much to not like about this facility. The only downside there was was that my partner and I got a little hot. We were able to turn down the heat a bit and take the thick comforter off. Otherwise, everything was great!

My son and I stayed just one night, arriving after 9pm, but we enjoyed the clean room and comfortable beds. The room was nicely updated and had a large tv. The fitness center was larger than most and was well equipped. Location was perfect, close to downtown and the university.

When in the shower area of the restroom, I could hear a conversation from another room through the vent. I was able to hear them as if they were in the restroom with me, which was a bit unnerving!

The staff was lovely, the room was great, the bed was amazingly comfortable. A great stay overall.

The food at the Starbucks Cafe was just okay. The water pressure in the shower could have been better.

Everything was SUPER comfortable!! One of the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Food from bar and sitting area in lobby were very convenient and pleasant. Hot breakfast through quick walk through of Starbucks was so convenient and delicious.

Very clean, the pool area was great, all staff was friendly and helpful, updated, nice location. Would stay again.

Only stayed one night, but regardless have nothing bad to say about it

Beautiful hotel. The rooms, lobby and staff was great.

Didn’t like having to pay for breakfast. Breakfast was not worth it. Next time, we will go out to breakfast.
