the rooms were nice and clean. for an extra fee there were those to do at the property such as mini golf and an alpine slide.

Don’t be fooled by “Mountain View” room. The basic property sits in a “hole” so looking out the window of floors 1-4 you are looking at grass. if you put your nose to the glass and crank your eyes to the side you can see a sliver of the Tetons. otherwise it is grass, parking lot and buildings for a view or the alpine slide and the little restaurant that is the view on the other side of the building.

Room was clean, brightly decorated. Restaurant on site was convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

When I checked in, the person at the front desk asked when I wanted my room cleaned. We agreed on the days. The room was cleaned on the first day as expected. However, the room was not cleaned on the second day as I had expected. I went to the front desk to request new towels. The person at the front desk happily gave me a set.

wine was good, smores nights was fun, getting to and from car was easy, housekeeping was amazing and so kind, little snack shop in lobby was very helpful for buying supplies and candy and balcony was nice

bathroom door is bad design, no exhaust fan in bathroom, violent neighbor had to call police at midnight after we heard multiple people being assaulted, front desk guy with rainbow shirt was never available or at the desk, no one answers when you call the front desk so there was no way to notify anyone what had happened but the police came and arrested someone, breakfast was way too expensive for what is offered but dinner was ok.

We were very disappointed with the non-arrival for our shuttle transport to airport and have to resort to use Uber and even with 3 times confirmations with the receptions. We were chased out from our apartment by the in-house cleaners prior to 1 hour before our extended check-out at 12 pm (can’t even finished my half way shower). Never in my life to be treated by such rude cleaners and with the daily high apartment charges. We have to put our lunge outside our apartment for the cleaners to come in ( as shown in the photos taken)

Convenience to downtown Jackson, breakfast buffet was great! Lots of family activities on the property! Views were wonderful. Nice hot tub (although outside along with pool). Wish it had a indoor one of each. Even in mid June it was cool weather.

Could have used an extra trash basket in bed area. I did call front desk & they provided one. Lack of supervision & oversight at pool. Saw teens putting items in pool filter to plug it up. Asked them to stop & was ignored. Should require more supervision from parents, oversight from staff at resort. That lack of supervision distracted our relaxing time. Kids with no respect for others or the property.

All staff were courteous and extremely from check in to departure. There were two young people who checked us in, the woman knew more about your site and the young man knew exactly what information we needed for our next day outing and recommendation of location of all we wanted to do. The restaurant staff were also great Dorian/ dinner staff Alejandro for breakfast.

Nothing you all are great. Even added S’Mores at night.

The rate for retired/active armed forces personal for starters. The staff and the dining options were very good. One individual especially reminded me that I need to show my ID card at arrival, and he did have a valid point. The specific reason why I chose Snow King, this is my second stay. It is quiet, convenient and the staff, very good

The parking lot !! Even though you can park to unload your luggage at the entrance, you still have to park at the lower-level parking lots

Pool, hot tub clean. Great family activities and recreation. Great Location. Food overpriced but very good. Happy hour worthwhile for food and drink specials.

Complimentary breakfast, at least cereal and fruit, bagels would have been nice. No microwave in room. Bell hop was extremely pushy. Other staff sometimes friendly. Restaurant waiters no good.

LOVED the fact that they were right on the mountain and next to downtown Jackson. We were also able to bring our dog and she loved the hotel/mountains just as much as we did. We were thrilled that they were pet friendly. The beds were absolutely amazing and so needed after our 9 hour drive from South Dakota. We loved it and wished we could've spent more time there to explore! -- On an added note, the front desk staff is AMAZING. I left my eyeglasses in the room and only realized several hours after we had checked out. They were gracious enough to personally walk me all the way up to our room (4th floor) and helped me look for them. We found them! Such incredible customer service!!!

Wished they had room service but the only option for breakfast was a buffet. We just ordered Uber Eats instead, so we could stay and enjoy the room a bit longer.

Excellet hotel however I was surprised there was no help with our luggage and there was no luggage carts available. Also the lack of an elevator near to reception and the short staircases between the reception and the eleveator down the corridor made transporting our luggage a bit of an ordeal.

The restaurant could do with a more imaginate menu. we accept it was fringe season but still it could have been better.
