The location is very close to the downtown area and convenient.

The breakfast was a bit simple, which only offered some single packaged pastries. But they have chocolate and coffee machines with many different flavors!

Loved the cabins. They were pet friendly and very clean. Had everything we needed. Great location, close to everything. The pool and hot tub were both enjoyable and surprisingly warm pool. The laundry facility was nice to have for the longer stay. The photos don't do the place justice in the ads. It was better than we expected. It had a great Rustic vibe. I also saw ski buses stop regularly to pick up guests and take them to a ski slope as well as buses for the Salt Lake line. We actually spent more time in our cabin than planned because they were so cozy.

The shower water pressure was pretty weak. I wish there were extra blankets available in the cabin. Even with heat on and the extra blankets we brought, we still got cold, keep in mind the temp outside dropped to -14°F.

Our queen studio cabin was comfortable, cozy & quaint..an authentically built log cabin! Loved having a small kitchenette, w/a table & chairs to dine & a sofa. The outside deck was lovely, especially with a view of Snow King Mtn..a great location! Shower had artful tiling & design, yet not a fan of their overhead 'rain' shower head. Spacious, though. Lastly, their inside pool & especially the hot tub were fantastic (just the right temp. & strong jets)..used all three days we stayed. A class act design & accommodation.

Cabin was a bit dark..not enough natural light. The side window butted up against another cabin, but the cabin's location & view made up for it. Really missed having a small coffee table in front of the sofa, for drinks & snacks. Wd make a big difference. Lastly, had issues with the TV reception/cable. Although we had immediate response from the front desk & subsequent maintenance, it still continued. Might need a replacement? Overall, two inconveniences to an otherwise great stay, with super staff & amenities.

The staff at the reception is very friendly. The check-in procedure went smoothly and was a pleasant experience. The cabin is so cute and pretty! Everything was spotless clean. All the necessary amenities were present. The location is a bonus: just a block away from the city centre and very close to the Tetons. The breakfast was good: nothing too fancy but good enough to start the day. I could I highly recommend this hotel!

Just behind our cabin was the commom area for activities (for example for a bingo evening). On Saturday evening it was very, very loud and we could not sleep. Fortunately the noise stopped at 10 pm. Avoid cabins close to this area.

Attention to detail. It starts with friendly, thoughtful staff. Then the cabin (we had the king). The kitchenette is well stocked with complete sets of four glasses, plates, bowls, plus pots and pans, and grilling equipment. There's a fridge with a separate freezer. The bathroom has a great shower and towels for the pool plus towels for the bath and there are also rags to clean up shoes, windshield, hiking sticks, whatever. Lots of plugs! They mounted two powerstrips. Both at table level so your stuff rests on the dresser or table while it powers up. Nice space to sit outside as well. Loved it.

Just wish we'd stayed here on a first stay in Jackson. You save so much money with a kitchenette that has a stove top.

I liked the grounds, friendly staff, cabin was comfortable. We could hear the rodeo loud and clear from our room. Location was good. Breakfast was good, just pastries and coffee.

When we first got there the front desk told us not to leave our dogs unattended in the room. He said that if we did they would make us pay for our neighbors stay as well as ours averaging $500 a night which is not what we paid but he said it wa the going rate. I understand not leaving your dogs unattended but I would have been more concerned with the amount of kids in the pool and hot tub running around jumping in and screaming at the top of their lungs disturbing other guest. I wonder if they can get their parents to pay for the other guests that they are disturbing?? Again I get it but the scare tactic was a little much.

We were greeted by Kelly & Jeffrey who were delightful. We came in as a big family group and the resort did a great job of keeping us together in a couple of areas. It was really nice to be able to open our doors and spend time together. The amenities were good (I liked the "rag" towel - we may steal that idea for our rental property), room was comfortable and the location was a convenient distance for walking to restaurants, breweries and downtown. Coffee, fruit, pastries in the morning were an unexpected plus.

The A/C wasn't great. Our cabin had a small wall unit, while some of the other units seemed to have been upgraded higher-powered floor-mounted units. I know it was a particularly hot spell, so I understand this may not be a priority. I also understand the need for the pool/hot tub to be indoors as it is mainly a winter destination, but an outdoor hot tub would have been nice.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The separate cabin was great and it was a very quiet location. The A/C cooled our room very nicely. The bed was very comfortable and we had great sleep here. The room was older but very clean and well maintained. We really appreciated the "old" towels they provided for wiping down your dirty shoes or whatever needed a good wipe down after being in the park all day; it was a very thoughtful touch.

This is really not a big deal but if I have to pick something it was the parking. I wish that one of the spots right outside your cabin was reserved for your cabin only. When we checked in, the spot right outside our cabin was available and it made unloading the vehicle so easy but unfortunately when we checked out someone had taken that spot. We just parked across the way so no huge deal but I would have liked a dedicated spot right in front of our cabin.

I loved the cozy cabins! The whole property is well organized and maintained. I also appreciated that the resort is dog friendly and my pup enjoyed the snowy days. Also, walkable location from cafes and restaurants. And one of the most important things - they provide a shuttle bus to Jackson Hole which is very convenient. Highly recommended!

I wish the cabin was a bit bigger but it was a good size for two people and small dog.
