The breakfast was included, and was of high quality, with two styles of scrambled eggs, microwaved bacon, sausage and potatoes; variety included bagels, cut fruit, cereal and muffins; there was good coffee, tea and hot chocolate; juices included OJ and cranberry juice, if there had been tomato juice or V8 it would have been perfect for me. Have to admit we didn't use the pool, the workout room or the sauna because we were there to ski. Families might take better advantage of those features. The location worked well for us because it was easy walking distance to Sidewinder's and the Gun Barrel, and away from the crowds in the square. We drove to the square as needed.

Well, the elevator was out of order for one day, but these things happen. We were on the 3rd floor, so after skiing it was more noticeable than otherwise. We've stayed there before and will do so again.

I loved the location and the decor, it was adorable! We had a two queen room with a sofa sleeper. it was extremely comfortable to sleep and decorated very nicely. Room was clean but it was dusty. I have allergies and had to wipe down the desk, dresser, end tables, and the window ledge because of all the dust. the baseboards were covered in a pretty thick layer of dust but I wasn’t going to tackle that. Amenities were great. Room service was pricey and menu very limited. Overall I think we would stay here again if we ever came back.

Loved the grounds, the comfortable beds, snack options in the little store, laundry area, ice rooms and bathrooms available outside of the hotel rooms.

Great hotel at a great price! Our family stayed for about 6 days and loved spending time there. The hotel is about 50 foot away from the town shuttle so you do not need a rent a car at all! The breakfast was great and so was the pool area with the hot tub and sauna. Overall just a great stay!

The only thing we didn't care for was the size of the room. For a family situation our "suite" was just too small, but I don't believe that's the hotel's fault. We would purchase two rooms in the future.

Breakfast was above average; the service during breakfast was better than expected. I liked the room decorations. The two main beds were comfortable. The kids had fun in the pool; there were a number of other families staying there!

The hook in the bathroom (to hang towels) was coming off the wall. The pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable and we were not provided linens for it. We had to pester the front desk twice for a proper set. The pool was a little hazy; didn't feel totally clean (in addition to the hot soaking pool; also felt less than clean). The initial reception at the front desk was very transactional; didn't feel very welcome.

Cozy, warm, beautiful, great amenities, great service! Kadir and Melanie were amazing!!!! They were always available to shuttle us back and forth and sooooo friendly!!!!

Unfortunately there were a few attendants at the front desk who weren’t very friendly(one was the assistant manager and another gal) that was most unfortunate. Another gal with blondish hair sat at the front desk with her head on her phone or down most of the time. The others more than Made up for it!

room was large. comfortable and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was excellent. Quiet, convenient, plenty of parking and overall great property.

Front desk service had issues: one was rude, one gave questionable recommendations for dinner (suggesting he was [possibly incentivized to recommend particular restaurant), one request (replacement ice bucket) was never fulfilled. The remainder of staff we interacted with (housekeeping and bell captain) were great. Property overall was good but it was located right in town and had no outdoor area other than the pool deck. Property would have been better if there were balconies or outdoor areas to sit in.

Everything about the stay was fantastic! The room was very spacious and comfortable, and there was an amazing walk-in shower. There was a delicious hot breakfast, and they had a small menu for dinner if you wanted, too. The lodge is close to everything, including the airport and Grand Teton National Park.

Only complaint is that it was not walking distance from the cute town, but it was less than a 5 minute drive. We only stayed for one night, however, would definitely stay again if given the chance!

One of the very best "free" hotel breakfasts we have had. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Very well furnished.

Cell and internet reception were not very good. We do not use public internet services, so I can not comment on that. Breakfast is not included. Food is available cafeteria style if you drive to the Village. It is expensive, and the dining facility was understaffed in September, as were all of the dining facilities we went to in the NPs and resort facilies in SD and WY.

Breakfast was good. Not enough chairs in the dining room.

Booking.com over charged for the room, we could have gotten a better rate if we booked directly with the hotel.

Everything was so nice! I did need a pen but went down to the lobby for one, I figured there would be one in the room. It was no problem getting one, though! Breakfast was amazing! Having a shuttle is huge for us country folk who don't like the excessive traffic, it also makes me feel safer for my car. Also the shuttle driver was so kind, we stayed on June 25th whoever was driving that night!

I have almost no complaints, but the sheer curtains we were not a fan of. Room darkening would be best!
