Wyoming Inn of Jackson Hole

The cleaning of our room was exceptional!! The ambiance of the room was very nice. We loved the floor lighting in the bathroom. The shower was a nice size. The touch lamps were helpful and a nice touch. Also we loved the fresh baked cookies and coffee was good and hot!! The restaurant has some very delicious food!

The tv could have had things like Netflix etc. More choices for movies etc.,, The bed could use a topper to make it feel more plush. A spa with massages, etc would be nice as an amenity in the hotel. More lighting in the actual room would be helpful; especially around the closet. Front lit mirrors in the bathroom would be nice to see a little better.

The room had everything you could need. Loved the bath robes they provided. They already had the room at a cool temperature so we did not have to wait for it to cool down. Really appreciated that there were 2 sinks- one in the bathroom and one outside.

For the price I felt they could have at least had a continental breakfast included The first night they provided 2 bottles of water and a black wash cloth for make-up removal however the second night there were no water bottles so we could not make coffee in our room the next morning and they did not replace the black wash cloth for my make-up removal the second night.

Beautiful place to stay in such a great town!! Our room was perfect!! We were in town celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary & couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay to relax in between activities!! Breakfast was amazing most every morning & very friendly staff! We also loved the coffee/hot chocolate available in the lobby & cookies each day!! I think I got 2 a day!! We would highly recommend Wyoming Inn!!

The only thing that was a bit annoying was the sound of the automatic doors in the lobby being heard from our bed! We stayed on the 3rd floor directly above the doors, so every time the 1st door opened, we heard it!! The 1st sliding door is very loud when it opens in the lobby anyway, so that probably needs to be addressed. Other than that, everything else was outstanding!!

We chose a suite with a fireplace and when we arrived we were upgraded to an even larger one (granted the "shoulder season" between winter and summer). All the staff, Megan, Kayla and Cinthya were wonderful hosts offering welcomes and any advice, especially for dinner. The suite was spacious, large bathroom, fireplace and comfortable bed. And the lobby is special - see the photos. There are a number of choices along W. Broadway in town but we highly recommend you check out the Wyoming Inn!

Really nothing we can think of other than we wish it had been sunny to see the mountains !!

It was a nice room. Not really family friendly. No pool just a hot tub.

Expensive for a family. Food was overpriced. I got charged 13.95 for a 1/2 used bottle of lotion. Don't like the fact they reuse products like, shampoo, cream rinse, bath gel, hand soap and lotion. Especially for the price you pay. Plus I had a view of a garage.

Wow! Did I say "wow"?! This place is gorgeous. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Close to downtown but not in the thick of it. We stayed 5 days, visited both the Tetons National Park and Yellowstone. We were there in late April, so accessed Yellowstone through West gate (about 2 hours via Idaho). When South gate opens (mid May) this would be a steller long term stay. Our room was absolutely lovely and the staff helped us with highway weather info and maps and recommendations for our visit. Had a stellar hot tub with fireplace. Our room had a sitting area with fireplace. Really incredible, could not have been better. It's in my book for future trips. (Oh and coffee and cookies in lobby)!

Very much enjoyed my 5 nights at Wyoming Inn at the end of February. What a wonderful hotel! Everything was sparkling clean. Very nicely designed in a modern rustic style. The staff was very kind and helpful. The beds, bedding, and towels were all soft and comfortable (which is a big deal to me). Awesome bathrooms with the best walk-in shower. My room was in the back of the hotel, and had a view (a mixture of industry and mountains.) The hot tub was one of the nicest hotel hot tubs I have ever been to. It was always a perfect and consistent temperature. I went in like six times! Had breakfast a couple times in the restaurant. The food was very good and the server was extremely nice. Wyoming Inn is in a very convenient location to Teton, town, shopping, and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel if you are headed to Jackson Hole. I would definitely stay again!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee was a great. Loved the fresh baked cookies. The room, pillows, mattress, shower for us were like being at home. Complimentary laundry was a definite plus since we were traveling for more than 2 weeks and were in need of a washer & dryer.

Distance from town on a busy road when there was not availability for dinner at the hotel. Not having any type of breakfast included (maybe some fresh muffins in the morning like the complimentary cookies in the evening!)

The room was very attractive, decorated in local style, and the easy chairs were super comfortable making my time in the room very enjoyable and relaxed. There was also a fridge and microwave making it super convenient to get take out meals in this time of covid, and have breakfast in my room. Also for Skiing Jackson Hole, the bus stops 1/2 block away. Furthermore, they are close to grocery stores, great restaurants, some even in easy walking distance.

The restaurant had limited hours due to staffing and covid. This was not a deficit of the hotel, though, and in other times I would have gladly enjoyed a drink or meal there. They did have tea and coffee, along with freshly baked cookies in a beautiful lobby, with a well stoked fireplace providing ambience and color. The front desk staff was always available and helpful, and there to ensure that access was controlled to guests and invitees. Net-net, I'd love to come back in normal times and enjoy all they have to offer.

Rooms were large and clean and have a lodge feel to them. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, giving us tips about hiking when we asked. They even lent us bear spray for a hike. Luckily, we didn't need to use it and returned it for the next guest. The rooms have a mini fridge and microwave. The king rooms with sleeper sofa are very roomy. Another great thing is that they have two sinks - one in the bathroom and one just outside. It's in between the town square and Albertson's supermarket (but not so close that we would walk). We enjoyed The Bistro and The Kitchen. Luckily, they were both open despite our visit being during the off season.
