January 03, 04, 05  2023 - 3 nights. Room 601 Junior suite with city view . We arrived early, handed in our passports and after a brief explanation we left for lunch . Upon our return at 2:30, the room was available. Room clean a bit small for a suite, the city view is a big tree. The room faces a very busy noisy intersection, but the room is quiet. Breakfast on the 13th fl provides a vast selection of western and Vietnamese food, ranging from pizza to pho and a lot of fresh fruits and a short made-to-order menu. Variety and superior quality and flavourful.  Due to the sitting arrangements - very large tables - you will have to share with others. If you use Bus 86 from and to the airport The Bendecir is 200m from one of the bus stop. Wifi regularly drops off. An excellent quality to price ratio. Polite and friendly staff at all levels. A great place to remember. Thanks Bendecir.

I. Could not stay longer.

The Hotel met and exceeded our expectations. The staff was more than accommodating, in fact, they went above and beyond in meeting our needs. The breakfast was great as well, fresh and abundant and kept us fueled for our morning/afternoon adventures. They also helped us book our trip to Ha Long Bay. I would stay here again without hesitation.

we stayed here on our first and last night in Hanoi. on our first night they gave us a free upgrade to a family executive room (from a premier twin room). service was excellent - all staff were always very friendly, proactive and helpful. location’s great too. rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. they even had smart TV. breakfast was excellent as well - the effort to decorate the plates of our eggs in various ways was a nice touch and perks up your day. highly recommend to stay with Bendecir when you’re in Hanoi.

From the welcome reception until our speedy checkout, the staff was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Check-In/Out Process: Most other hotels take such a long time to check you out having to go and check to see if you've taken anything out of the mini bar, the folks at Bendecir trusted us and took our word for it and were able to see us on our way to the airport with zero issues this morning for example. Happy Hour: The rooftop bar was a pleasant surprise, especially with their 2 for 1 happy hour special. While the drinks don't compare to a proper cocktail bar, it was nice to sit atop Hanoi with a 360 view with a drink in hand. Location: Conveniently located to so many great restaurants on my list to tackle including Xoi Yen, Sen Trang An to name a couple. If you're in need of a refreshing hair/scalp wash/massage, D&D salon is right across the street from the hotel. Wifi: Pretty reliable and very little interruption. Breakfast Buffet: Such a great selection of local and western cuisine. Again, the kitchen staff and servers are top notch. We arrived at peak breakfast time but they made sure we were taken care of and had a table to enjoy our breakfast before taking off for the airport today. Nothing they could have done outside of telling other guests to leave but their awareness and kindness showed they were doing their best, that's all you can ask for! Room: Tucked away in the back building, our room was spacious and calm. Bathroom was a bit dated but the shower worked fine and the toilets flushed strong =P

They delivered everything we needed and more, can't really complain about anything. I would definitely come back to stay here and we're glad we did. If forced to give some critique, perhaps expand the restaurant space?

We are very impressed with the services from the Hotel staff, here are some of the great things we want to share. We arrived very early in the morning and had difficulty finding the Hotel due to power outage as lights were out on many shops along the streets including the Hotel's. Upon checking-in, the staff at the reception arranged for our luggage to be delivered to our Hotel room so that we didn't have to carry them while taking the staircase to our room. Well done for taking good care of us! The breakfast spread served with a good and balanced mixture of local and western dishes. The views overlooking the Red River and Hoan Kiem Lake on both sides made our dining experience a pleasant and amazing one. As our stay in the Hotel was a very short one (only 6 hours), we requested for the check-out time to be extended to 2pm. The staff offered to extend to 1pm which was pretty good for us. Upon checking-out, the Manager (Anna) heard about our situation (morning check-in when there was power outage and short stay in the room), she offered us another room after our check-out to put our luggage there so that we have ample time to shop, dine and explore around the area or stay in the room to rest or freshen up before we leave for the Airport. We were so touched and impressed with the outstanding services rendered to us during our very short stay with the Hotel. When the manager (Anna) learnt about our transport booking to the Airport, she told us that she could help us arrange for a transport at a much better rate! However, we had to give it a pass as we have already confirmed our transport booking. A big shout out to all the staff and the Manager (Anna) for the outstanding services! Thank you for putting us first and making our stay at your Hotel a delightful and memorable one. We definitely recommend anyone who wishes to visit Hanoi to stay here! Excellent service!

The location was great - super easy to get around the city. The rooms were lovely and the bed was huge and cosy. If you arrive in Hanoi before check in (we arrived at 7am), you can check into another room until 2pm for a small fee which was so helpful after a long flight. They also prepared our room early for check in at no additional cost. The breakfast was great, lovely views of the old quarter and the Red river, the noodle soup in the morning was some of the best around! Lastly, the staff were so hospitable and helpful. The attention to detail was amazing, super impressive and really made our time in Hanoi. Tony was so lovely, such great warmth and professionalism.

Wouldn't change a thing

Staffs are very friendly and helpful especially during the daytime They always asked and offered help. Great location and very easy to find good restaurants and coffee shops around that area. Breakfast is good and must try the pho.

I felt very uncomfortable that the doorman helped us to take the luggage to our room even I said NO for few times. I told the lady and doorman NO but they don't care. I totally understood that they want tips but some people just don't want other people to touch their stuffs. Hotel got two buildings. The pictures showed on the website just for the new building and unfortunately we stayed in the old building. Room is okay but definitely not 4 stars hotel and needs renovation. Understaffed!! Only one staff work at night and a lot of people check-in around 6pm. It took a while to check-in and fix the problem of our room. It's very frustrated after a long flight and got problem of our room.

Great location in bustling Hanoi Old Quarter, close to Hoan Kiem lake, with multiple bistros/ dining options close by. Beautiful views from their relatively small sized breakfast room and skybar. Good options of cut fruits and greens in a smartly designed breakfast menu. Very courteous, efficient and pleasant staff - at reception, breakfast, house-keeping. Miss Wind at the reception was particularly helpful in decisions for and booking of day-excursions.

With location in Old Quarter, understandably the boutique hotel has relatively small frontage and lobby. Room size was just adequate, though complete and comfortable by very good house-keeping. Better tea/ milk options in the room would be appreciated.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Bendecir Hotel, and we must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish.
