My friends and I stayed here for 5 nights and we had a great experience. What made our stay delightful is the staff. Everyone was very polite and friendly! We were in Hanoi during the Tet holiday and the hotel was short on staff, but the remaining staff were still diligent enough in taking care of the guests. During our last day, while my friend is sick, they were very considerate with our check out time, and we really appreciated it.

The building/structure is a bit old, and so as the furnitures but they are maintained and functioning okay.

Staff are very keen to sell tours, this isn’t necessarily bad as we are aware this part of there job and the tours they booked for us were great.

The staff were so helpful and kind! They were very accommodating to all our requests and needs such as late check-in, and really made our experience here amazing. We are very thankful. Great laundry service, our clothes came back dry and folded and they asked us before sending them to be washed how we would like them to be cleaned (temperature, drier..)

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable and the shower flooded the bathroom.. there was a window but it was less than a meter away from another wall so no light came through... very minor things though we still had a great stay!

The rooms are stunning with beautiful old architecture and shutters that help block out the hubbub of the city. The owners are lovely, very helpful and make suprisingly good brewed coffee even for those used to espresso. The location is great, around the corner from some of the best restaurants in Hanoi and walking distance to the lake, sites in the Old and French quarter and major tourist destinations. The owners were always offering help and tips and overall I would recommend this hotel for your next stay in Hanoi.

The location was perfect along with the staff. David and Nisa in the front desk were super helpful, friendly and always ready to help with anything from domestic air tickets to day tours. They even made breakfast early for us so that we could leave for our tour at 7:45am. The rooms were clean and tidy. The smile on the faces of the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We will surely recommend the hotel to our friends and family for sure..

Everything was good. No complaints.

This was our third trip in Vietnam. The staff of the Labevie hotel were excellent. Kevin (and the other assistants) was extremely helpful in sourcing and arranging tours and transfers and suggesting restaurants and activities. He also arranged good alternative accommodation when his hotel was booked out for our return to Hanoi. During the three weeks we were in Sapa, Cat Ba and Ninh Binh he maintained contact via 'What'sApp' to ensure everything was going well. All this was done with a genuine friendliness and honesty. The prices he was able to secure were significantly better than those advertised. Breakfasts were also excellent and again, with friendly, smiling and helpful staff. We highly recommend Kevin and the hotel.

Nothing really.

Only four minute walk from the bus terminal which was unplanned but a great bonus. People running this place were very friendly and helpful. Room just like in the picture. Clean and well insulated so not bothered by outside noise. Bed very comfortable. Had an early morning departure (which they helped organise for a fair price) but even though breakfast not yet opened they made sure we had some breakfast before we left. Close to shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful with any concern. I recommend!

- Bed was very comfy - Air conditioning was good - We used laundry facilities they offer and it was a very good price and good quality - they did have to ring the company to check where it was at the end of the day but we got a discounted price so didn’t mind - Breakfast offered a good selection of cooked items and cold fruits but items could’ve been refilled a bit quicker

- Struggled to get hot water through the shower, all the switches were a bit confusing

We chose the hotel because we had a plan to take a night bus to Sapa at the night. The location was perfect to the bus station and also good to visit various places nearby like beer street. The room was quite small but reasonable because of its cheap price and the nice location. And the room condition was clean enough. Most of all, the breakfast was unexpectedly good. They know how to cook eggs :) Additionally, the staffs were all kind and nice!

The space was not enough to open our 2 big luggages.
