Ja Cosmo Hotel and Spa has a great location, everything is super clean and the staff offers an excellent service. An awesome breakfast and all the staff at the reception are very friendly, especially to mention Sophia. Our stay was enjoyable and fantastic. We will surely come back.

The best thing about the place is the staff! This was our 3rd time in Hanoi, and the staff was the best we’ve ever seen! When we arrived, Michael gave us some tips about the city. And on the 2nd day, which was my birthday, they gave me a surprise cake after the breakfast! We stayed in the room that has a jacuzzi. The room was big, it had a small living room and a balcony, and also a mini fridge, a desk and a TV. The decor was unique, and the only thing that might be an issue for someone is the carpet. The breakfast is amazing! You can choose 3 main dishes: pancakes (chocolate or banana), noodles (chicken or beef) or eggs (scrambled or fried). Besides the main dish, there is an all you can eat buffet with breads, cakes, sausages, fried rice, cereals, lots of fruits, yogurt, juices and hot drinks! The location is great because is walking distance to the Old Quarter heart, but it’s not so noisy as the Old Quarter heart…

At first, when we entered the room with the jacuzzi, the 1st impression was that it wasn’t designed to be a bedroom! The power outlets are placed in strange places. The bathroom also didn’t seem like it was designed to have a shower, because i doesn’t have a drain in it (so there is a small cut in the glass door to make the water not flood). Besides that, the jacuzzi was almost falling apart and the hot water took so long to fill up the bathtub the water got colder… The room has carpet with stains, so it can be a problem for those who have allergies.

The beauty of the reception, the situation right 2’ from the Hoan Thiem lake, the staff and especially the smartest fondest and most skill full staff we have met in our 2 month trip : Michael. He has the skills to become part of the management team. Excellent listening skills and a deep understanding of European / western expectations doubled with a fond kindness and a real will to help and make your trip just awesome

Great hotel, room and location.

The hotel is kind of cheap after paying lots of money for the stay- Instead of letting us shower before leaving, or late checkout after arriving at 5 am, the manager wants review in exchange for a towel for a dirty and only cold shower. All over Vietnam hotels give you much more, and early and late checkout, showers etc without conditions.

Great breakfast and lovely staff! Would recommend staying here if you’re looking for somewhere in Hanoi. Very good value and located close to tourist attractions and plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants.

We had an electrical issue with the TV but it didn’t matter much

Very kind and helpful staff, especially big thanks to Bryan! They kindly helped us with everything: tour to Ha Long Bay, transfer from and to airport, restaurant recommendations and so on. The room was clean and spacious. Also the breakfast! It was soooo delicious!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Sophia was so happy with the biggest smile and Brian sent me lots of suggestions on WhatsApp. The hotel was in a great location in the Old Quarter near to Hoan Kiem Lake. Will definitely return 😊

Everything, the room was great and spacious, the breakfast exceptional and personal unbelievable friendly. Excellent position to explore old town. Special thanks to Sophie and Brian who did excellent jobs in organizing our trips in the surroundings of Hanoi

The hotel is nearby all the major spots of Hanoi. Hotel is clean and tidy with an aesthetic look and feel. The staffs and members of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They will help you with anything and everything. Food is amazing.
