It was nyc staying as the location was excellent.

A recently refreshed and renewed hotel. When we shared it was our wedding anniversary - a bunch of roses appeared in the room! The hotel is right in the heart of the old quarter, close to the cathederal and the lake. In the street the local neighbours go about their business. The hotel is down a narrow street that does not allow car traffic which was great from both a noise and safety perspective. There are hundreds of restaurants nearby.

As you expect in the old quarter, the building is built to the very extremeties of the boundary. There was very little natural light in our room - which is OK for a few days, just dont expect to throw open the curtains for a bright and sunny view of Hanoi.

Staff was excellent and the location was also excellent for walking around the old quarter. The value for the cost was also worth it. Lastly, the breakfast was wonderful. Luckily i brought an electric adapter which was needed.

We changed our room after arriving because i had requested a room with two beds. Staff found another room for us quickly. I wanted to use the hot pot but the plug did not work in the room so staff brought another hot pot for us. It only plugged into one bedside outlet. The beds did not have pillows so staff brought pillows. Requested toilet paper the second day because none was left after staff cleaned the room. Despite the minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay after we adjusted our expectations a little. We would return if visiting the old quarter again.

The hotel has a very good location in Old Town with innumerable cafés and boutiques everywhere around. The staff was efficient and helpful, and the breakfast was a delight. The room was clean and cozy. There may be cheaper options available but you can't go wrong with this one.

The neighbouring rooster would wake me up every morning at 5 am. While the rooms are fairly well soundproofed, you can hear anything in the corridor easily. The "fitness centre" is essentially a running mat and a few free weights so nothing to brag about. The laundry service is expensive.

The location was banging close to everthing and there are plentiful things to do on the street. Thistle and hustle of hanoi is not smack bang on the street. This street has a calmness about it, easly cross the streets. Great team of staff well managed and willing to go an extra mile. This is my 3rd time in Hanoi and I would most definitely check myself in again. Great value for money

Stayed here for 6 nights, in a deluxe double room 205. Very central location in the wild quarter. The staff were accommodating. Sadly, the hotel is in need of some cosmetic repairs. The room I had water damage in one corner, as did the dining room. The TV didn't work and it took a day to put it right andthe fridge only made things warm and was changed a day later. This could be a superb hotel with a Littlemore investment.

The rooster across the street that didn't know what time of day it was and crowed almost non stop! The novelty wore off pretty quickly.

I like how clean it is and how easy it is to reach. The hotel very close to the famous St Joseph Cathedral and many other tourist attractions. The staffs there are very helpful too.

The wall is pretty thin so you might hear some people conversing in other rooms or outside your room. The lack of clothesline inside the bathroom is mildly inconvenient too

I have been to this hotel already, and one more time I have been very satisfied. The room is big and very clean and the hotel is located few steps from the cathedral and the lake. A special thanks to the receptionist that has been very helpful and gentle assisting me in everything.

I would like to stay one more night :)

The staff were very lovely and accomodating. We used the hotel as a base multiple times in-between moving locations, which meant some early morning rises. The staff provided us with takeaway breakfast meals and coffees. Room also had great views of the church.

It was a good experience. Natural alarm clock as it is near to church. Near to all tourists spots. Staffs are very nice, I left my watch in my room I was able to retrieve it even am already at the airport.
