Breakfast was delicious and ample. Location was excellent and tour operator at hotel gave us a good package.

All key cards seemed to open all rooms as on one occasion a man opened our door while looking for his son's room. At the time our door was locked!!!

The staff are very accomodating, genial and polite. They can also arrange airport shuttle and tours. We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. We are travelling with 2 Seniors and our room is next to each other. We had a little balcony which is good for people watching. The location is also good, right in middle of town, few steps away from St Joseph's Cathedral, and walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and Hoan Kiem Lake. There are plenty of spa, cafe and restaurants around the area, and the hotel itself is very accessible to Grab (transpo/food). Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Hanoi peaceful and memorable. 10/10 would recommend.

The location is great. The staff is very accommodating. Breakfast is phenomenal. It is a terrific value.

I had an early appointment in the Westlake area. Once done, I headed to the hotel to drop my bags off and go for lunch. The hotel is perfectly positioned in a picturesque street. The hotel staff accommodated me in ways I could have never imagined. Maxime, Strong and Phuong went out of their way to answer questions, and give recommendations including when I had a wardrobe malfunction on Saturday. They packed my breakfast for me as I needed to be at the embassy as early as 7 a.m. The breakfast was very tasty and served with kindness. The staff at this hotel are an asset to the hotel and my stay wouldnt have been as memorable as it is without their dedication. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very centrally located, tucked behind the cathedral with lots of little cafes, bars and restaurants around, both tourist oriented and local. Good soundproofing so the room is pretty quiet. I had the top floor (8th) with a great view of the cathedral and got to hear part of a Christmas/advent mass from the balcony. With the balcony windows closed, there's very little noise from outside. It was a cold week when I was here, but the aircon system here had a heating function which was wonderful! Comfortable bed, good shower, good wifi & tv. They serve a good breakfast downstairs in the mornings. The staff here are lovely. This was my last night in Hanoi and a last minute booking after the nearby homestay (La Ava's Home) where I had been staying discovered an "overbooking" and told me I couldn't stay there for my last night. Mr Tu and his staff made me feel very welcome and arranged an early check in for me so that I wouldn't have to wait between checking out of one place and into another. Getting kicked out of somewhere isn't nice, however honest the mistake may or may not have been, but the kindness of the staff here made me feel much better and I'm glad I spent a night here. The location is great, right in the middle of the old quarter, a few minutes walk from Hoan Kiem lake but if you walk in the opposite direction, you can quickly be out to less chaotic, more local feeling streets. Would definitely come back here next time in Hanoi

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to help and support me during my stay when I had an injury that caused me to be bedridden for four days. From bringing me breakfast (buffet which was delicious) and dinner to my room and doing whatever they could to make my stay comfortable. Mr Tu the manager and all the other staff are a credit to this hotel and I could not have managed without them. Beautiful room in a great location, the alley full of lovely buildings and great vibe and I will definitely be returning one day to enjoy what I didn't get the opportunity to this time. Thank you to everyone for being so kind and I highly recommend this lovely hotel, not only for the exceptional hospitality but for a lovely large, clean and well equipped room, beautiful individual little balcony with French wrought iron railings, and an elevator!

There is absolutely nothing to dislike and I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Great place to stay and highly recommended! I booked for the double suite room and it was very clean, large and has lot of natural light with window. The staffs are very nice friendly and constantly check on your needs and willing to help you anytime. Love the breakfast and it was very convenient to walk around the city center. Is just 1 mins walk to St. joseph cathedral. The room was sound proof as well and the neighborhood was quiet at night unlike some of the places in center of old quarter.

Nothing really but aware that Internet was abit slow on 6th floor.

I definitely love my stay at this hotel. The owner, Mr Tu was very welcoming and gave me a heart warming message for my birthday. He even gave me a room with the view of the church. The location is amazing! Walking distance to most attractions and restos. The buffet breakfast was very good. The guy receptionist help me talk with the car service to Sapa as there has been some miscommunication. Overall, it was a great stay! More than the convenient location and good amenities it’s the people who work at this hotel that made my stay a delightful one.

Break fast is average but need more dishes. Location is very good, near to food, shops & some tourist attractions places within 5-10 mins walk. All the staffs were very warm & friendly, helpful & courteous. It's wonderful. I will stay this hotel again if I re-visit Hanoi. It's a very memorable good experience. Like to thank all the staffs & management for all their efforts taking good care of the guests. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Breakfast can improve with fried noodles & some cut fruits for those who don't eat fried rice which is too hard & dry. Early morning most people usually don't get to eat something hard & oily, just something easy to swallow. (This is just my thinking)

Hanoï is a very busy city. The hotel is central (just behind the cathedral) yet it is quieter than the rest. The area has a very friendly vibe. The hotel staff and owner Mr Tu were ever so available to our needs (retrieving our missing luggage, sorting a trip to Halong bay as well as finding us place to stay whenever we were back in Hanoi).
