Hotel is in the center of old quarter and very convenient to see around. Staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. Vy helped me to book my tours and was very helpful to show interesting places in Hanoi and povided the information, which was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. There were always freshly prepared dishes and a nice continental spread. Rooms were as expected but due to being in the center of the busy period there is bit of noise at the night time but it was expected, so we didn't face any issues.

Nothing as such to mention as such. Only issue was noise at the night time but hotel is in the city center, however that was a known point when we booked it. I am sure most of the hotels in the old quarter have the similar issue.

The hotel is comfortable, the bed is big and the shower has good pressure. The room was very well cleaned also. The staff was very friendly, especially Andy, who gave us good advises on what to visit in the city and was especially helpful when we had a tour canceled and needed to stay one more night. He found a way to make room for us. The hotel is in the center, a couple blocks to where there is some nightlife, but the actual street is calm and we didn't hear any noise from outside.

The space for breakfast could have more tables, but this was not an issue for us, because we always could be seated right away.

I really enjoyed my stay at the property. The room was clean and the location was excellent! Breakfast was also very good. But the best part about this property was the staff. Ms. Vy and all the front desk agents were so wonderful and helpful. Ms. Vy was communicating with me before I even got to the hotel to make sure we knew where we were going. While in Hanoi, she would check up on us everyday to see if we knew where to go and would make suggestions to get the best out of our vacation. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

This was a truly wonderful experience. When we check in, the staff invited us to drink water. And introduce all the delicious dishes and famous places around Hanoi's Old Quarter solo travelers. Makes me not feel nervous when traveling abroad. Breakfast is also very delicious and suficient. The rooms are clean and the service is beyond expectations for the price, conveniently location. Thank you so much for Maya's help. I love Vietnam and will definitely come back here.

I stayed here for 7 nights. The hotel is in a prime location with easy access to many restaurant’s and shops. Vy and Andy are very helpful and always there to assist, and housekeeping does a great job everyday to refresh towels etc. The breakfast is a nice addition.

King bed isn’t a true king. It’s two beds pushed together so sleeping in the middle isn’t ideal.

- very nice staff, always there to help with everything - breakfast: very good chicken rice noodle soup (pho) and Pancakes - clean room - nice city view from the balcony - perfect location on the old town, lots of restaurants around

- little bit noisy because of the central location - one day the towls were not changed, gave the impression the old ones always just got folded

Excellent location, close walk to all areas in Old Quarter, fairly quiet for location. Miss Vy was super helpful organising Ha Long trip and airport shuttle. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. Shower was hot and good pressure. Air con very cold , (had to turn down which is a good thing)

The staff were lovely, Vy was so helpful and very welcoming :) it was a fantastic location! The room was really clean and we could put the air con on to stop it getting too hot.

The bed was a bit uncomfy and the WiFi didn’t always work very well but everything was great apart from that.

This is our second time staying at the Maya Hotel, and we couldn’t say enough great things about it. It’s the perfect location, Ms Vy and the rest of the staff are so kind and helpful. Anytime I come back to Hanoi, I will definitely book my stay at the Maya Hotel! Ms Vy even gave us a Happy New Year Goodie bag when we checked out!

Vy the host was lovely and helpful. The room was clean and simple. I felt at home.

The breakfast area was very cramped so only one guest at a time could serve themselves. The breakfast offerings were quite simple and I would have loved Vietnamese coffee to be on offer
