I had, a really nice and comfortable stay in this hotel, even they repaired the balcony door in the night, because the gest before locked it, that I was not able to open and use it in my first night. With any question they where there, even they took care that I did not pay more for transport to the airport due to holiday, their taxi was way cheaper than Grab. Definitely can recommend the place and will come again as soon as possible😉

Camel Hotel is the best lication for those who loves market, fresh fruits produce, authentic Hanoi food...all in proximity location in few minutes walk from the Camel Hotel. TONY & JANE are both warm welcoming people at the reception from booking Taxi transport to Halong Bay Tour Trip. They really take care of the Hotel guests like us even asking where to buy sauces for home to bring. Maybe just minor things like check the amenities before the guests arrives such as repair of TV connection and looking for water kettle..but it was done by Camel Hotel as we requested, very accommodating STAFF & house keeping with SMILES ! Thanks to them Happy New Year to all of them

Perfect location in Old Quarter in a small alley. Plenty of restaurants, eateries, travel agencies,i mini-marts...,...around. Clean room with little window with real view. Cleaned daily, bed made-up, towel changed, water/toilet paper replenished even without asking. Interesting bathroom with separate shower and toilet, small fridge, good A/C with Cool/Heat modes, ok TV (not much English), good WiFi, very comfortable bed, bed-lamp. Lift in the building. And...super friendly Zen at the Reception +couple of helpful boys.

This hotel was exceptional in what mattered the most to us: location (right in the middle of it but on a quiet lane), bed (really really comfortable), staff (happy, friendly, accommodating, helpful). It also had a lift; the room had an ensuite and the shower was in a cublicle so the bathroom didn't get all wet when we showered.

We had a room with a fairly big balcony, which was nice, but the room itself was quite basic and not big at all. Some of the powerpoints need to be repaired as they were loose; shower cubicle was a bit squashy. No breakfast was on offer.

The location was great, as it is located in the heart of city. Hence, everything is technically in walking-distance (if you are ok with the heat of course). Very nice and clean room (stayed in the Single room). I would like to highlight that the staff was absolutely amazing! They were so welcoming and kind, helped me with all my questions and arranged a tour for me (which ended up being cheaper than the online price). I will definitely choose this hotel when I visit Hanoi again.

great location , even though it’s in the middle of old town it’s still relatively quiet at night so can get a good night sleep . short walking distance from Amy , mini mart , food and drink places. receptionist zine was very welcoming from the start and great at providing any advise regarding local tours / sight seeing spots and anything I needed help with

rooms could be a bit cleaner ( some dust in some places £ but main things like bed / linen , towels, toilets and showers were super clean

I love the room it’s so beautiful and the lightning is so good! ❤️ I loved the bed😍 pillows and bedding were so comfortable and clean! Night time it’s quite👌 I slept so good after my long travelling, just perfect!!! Thank you so much!!! The stuff was so helpful and nice!! They speak very good English!! They also help me to book a taxi to the airport 👌 The location is good, it was impressive to walk in this area☺️ I’d definitely recommend to stay in this place!!!👍👍👍

this was a lovely place to stay. amazing location - is just a walk down the road from many delicious food options (so no breakfast at the hotel wasn’t a problem), nice shopping places, and the staff offer lots of excellent recommendations for where to go. also, they helped us to book a day tour to ha long bay. the staff are very attentive, friendly and kind. also, the beds were very comfy! all in all i would recommend this place for people looking for good value for little cost 😇

The staff is very friendly and hospitable. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel is very close to the market (actually, almost within!) with some of the best night spots to hang out in walking distance. Happy to find a lot of vegetarian eating options around in the area. Their tour packages are also good (please negotiate a bit though).

The bathroom feels cramped because of the bath tub. However they are revamping this soon.

The location of this stay is great — lots of local vendors right outside, and Sword Lake is within walking distance. The room was big and had a lot of natural light, and there was a bathtub. They also stored my suitcase for me while I was in the south of Vietnam, and I was able to pick it back up during this stay very smoothly at no extra charge. Very kind of the hotel manager to do this!

The water kettle had a green covering on the inside, so we weren’t able to boil drinking water. The bottles in the fridge come at an extra charge. There were also some small stains on the sheets.
