We really enjoyed our stay at Fivitel Hoi An, we thought it was in a great location with a quiet beach just over the road and a local strip of restaurants and shops just a 15 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and accomodating, especially Zoey who was very helpful when it came to booking a bus to Hue and answering general questions. The facilities were very good with comfy beds, tv, clean bathroom and of course the rooftop infinity pool. The buffet breakfast was also full of many delicious foods and the staff could even make you an omelette! Overall we had a very nice stay at the hotel and looking forward to coming back some day!

Undoubtedly, one of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service I received. The staff's dedication to making my experience exceptional was evident at every turn. From check-in to check-out, their attentiveness and warmth added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. What's more, the rooftop infinity pool was a slice of paradise. The breathtaking views from the pool area were second only to the refreshing sensation of taking a dip while gazing at the horizon. It was an experience of pure relaxation and luxury, a true jewel on the top floor. My room was an oasis of cleanliness and comfort. The meticulous attention to cleanliness did not go unnoticed, and I felt truly at ease during my entire stay. I must commend the entire staff for their dedication, but a special shout-out is due for two exceptional team members, Sen and Quyen. Their enthusiastic and dedicated approach to assisting and guiding guests was truly commendable. Their genuine care and willingness to go the extra mile for guests like me left a lasting impression. In sum, Fivitel Hoi An Hotel has left an indelible mark on my heart. The sumptuous breakfasts, serene environment, impeccable service, rooftop infinity pool, pristine accommodations, and the exceptional staff, particularly Sen and Quyen, make this hotel an absolute gem.

The hotel is charmingly located a few steps from an intimate beach and only a 15-minute drive from Hoi An. As soon as we arrived at the hotel we were pleasantly greeted by the extremely courteous staff (Zoe is especially kind and helpful - thank you and we miss you). We were given spacious rooms, well equipped, with a huge bed, balcony, air conditioning, TV, and all the necessary amenities. Breakfast at the hotel offers many options, and the breakfast staff is extremely attentive and friendly. The hotel also offered us a complimentary shuttle to the city, every day at 4:30 pm. Just a 5-minute walk from the hotel are local restaurants with fresh fish and seafood, and the unique MATE pub with the best food we ate in all of Vietnam. There are free bicycles available at the hotel as well as beach towels, pool with a lovely view and a gym.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Sen was a great host, she made our stay very comfortable. The room was very clean, the breakfast was very good. We had free use of bicycles while we were there. The pool had a lovely view over the ocean. Overall the hotel was very nice and good value for money. The location is a little out of the way but after coming in from Ho Chi Minh City it was a nice peaceful change

The location was good. The beach is just across the street. However the beach was quite rough on the day we cam. The sand is not smooth

Room was ok. However, the hotel was not up to 4-star standards. Balcony was rusty. The outlook was old and ill-designed. Lobby was fine. But the room was quite dull. The breakfast area outside was really hot without any additional fans. Swimming pool is small but it has wonderful view. The staff was a plus, polite and very friendly Last remind for car drivers, the parking place is very very hot, there was no shade. ( chỗ đỗ xe hơi bị nắng cả ngày, không có mái che)

Was far away from hoi an main town so needed to get taxis in and out, although they did run a free shuttle bus at 4.30 pm every day.

Great room. Clean. Friendly. We booked a car from da nang, one tour and a motor cycel by the reception. Everything was managed perfect. Breakfast was big and we found alot for uns. Restaurant with great food. Right next to the beach. Infinity pool great, just a little tinny.

Pool was closed for construction for 4 days. That was our 4 days ;) but yes they need to do it and we had at least a few hours in it.

The staff were absolutely accommodating. The hotel was lovely and the rooms were clean and good value for money. The food was well-priced and most dishes were generally good. It was only a short walk to the beach.

The pool was very very small and the photos were deceiving. There was no private beach as advertised. This said, the staff were so lovely these points didn't seem to matter as much.

- amazing view from the swimming pool - cosy and clean rooms - all the amenities we could expect were provided - good speaking and helpful staff, helped us with everything what we needed (booking a taxi, renting a motorbike, booking a trip to Cham island), no problems in communication - tasty breakfasts - wonderful view from the balcony we prolonged our stay but I wish we could stay there even longer :)

- quite far from the center but still worth it because the surrounding is very beautiful (and near the beach). It’s possible to rent a bike which makes the location not such a big problem

We absolutely loved the amazing staff... particularly Sen and Vy.... nothing was to much trouble. They organised trips for us a week as taxis into the old town. The spa was great and the massages really good. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.
