Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they give their best all the time we booked some private transfers at the hotel, even last minute, and everything worked out perfectly very clean room, big bathroom, shower with good pressure and hot water I celebrated my birthday there and got a cake from the hotel owner which was super cute and I appreciated a lot 🥰 Just a short walk into the old town Mini market directly beside the hotel Free bike rental Breakfast was a big buffet which was refilled all the time (different variation of fruits, juices, coffee tea, different sweets like cupcakes, brownie etc., a lot of asian food like spring rolls, breakfast bacon, variaties of bread and you can order pancakes, eggs, omelette etc.) I would definitely stay there again

We chose this place because of the reviews. It was a great decision. The Little Town Villa is very special. It is a family business and staying here you are welcomed to a stunning property in a great location. Rooms are lovely, and clean, and the pool is a real treat. The highlight is the hospitality from the owners and the staff. My friend had a birthday during our stay and woke up to a surprise birthday cake. It is an easy 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town past a ton of tailors, and shops. (Check out Homey, a new and delicious Bahn Mi place on the way in.) Tan Tan tailor next door to the hotel is also part of the family business and you can save yourself from the inflated-priced tailors in the Old Town and get some great clothes made.

Honestly I can’t think of anything we didn’t like about the property. All four of us agree we would stay here again if ever in Hoi An.

Location is nice 10 min walk from Old Town, on a main road but set back enough that it’s quiet. Pool is pristine and has good sun and shaded areas with the well maintained trees, plants and surrounding buildings. Staff are extremely welcoming and hospitable, owners are always present and working alongside their staff. Great selection of western and Vietnamese breakfast options, beautiful fruits as well. Lovely complimentary cold juice on arrival. Staff were very accommodating for my limited mobility issues and secured a ground level room at short notice. Great tailoring service next door. Concierge Ahn was very helpful, and has a great sense of humour - was so lovely to have a laugh with her. Vinh was awesome at directing us to various parts of the city that we were looking for. Room was very well presented, clean and we loved that the toilet was separated from the bathroom and it was handy having the sink separate as well. Comfortable beds and pillows, aircon and fan worked perfectly! Was our most enjoyable, relaxing and pleasant stay in Vietnam and we will definitely book Little Town Villas for all stays in Hoi An. And to top it off the price was outstanding!!

The fridge in our room was not cold, however the staff let us put our food and drinks in the foyer fridge. Not a dislike about the property, but like others have mentioned there is no lift so if you have mobility issues like I did just ask for a ground floor room in advance.

Smaller Family run retreat consisting of 14 clean, comfortable and well appointed rooms which overlook a sparkling pool. Theres cool and calming atmosphere coupled with warm and friendly staff who are always ready and willing to help. Bonus that the Family also own the Tailor Shop next door.. Quick service and the work was QUALITY. (they are not gonna do a bad job when you are staying in their Villas)🤣🤣 .. Also so much easier than trolling through the other thousand tailors in the area!! Close to everything.. beach only 10 mins away by GRAB ( online taxi app that every one in Vietnam should download .. cheapest way to get around)

Owner and reception staff friendly and very helpful, especially organising transfer to and from DaNang. Great location on the edge of the ancient town area - 10 to 15 min walk to centre. Short walk to a number of nearby cafes and restaurants with good cappucino or Vietnamese coffee. Basic buffet breakfast with selection of cereal, fresh fruit, spring rolls, pastries & baguette, and eggs cooked to your liking on request. Rooms were spacious and bed very comfortable. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Didn't need the air con (in January) but appreciated the ceiling fan. Wifi free and worked well. Too cold to swim in pool but it looked lovely and very clean.

We were very happy with the facilities for the price point.

The hotel is really beautiful and was only built 7 years ago. We enjoyed the large comfortable room with wooden floors and a large modern bathroom. It had air conditioning and ceiling fans. Although we didn’t swim in the pool, it looked remarkably clean and well looked after. The gardens are really lovely and the breakfast was both western and Vietnamese with cooked eggs and cereal if you wanted it. The owner is just lovely, always smiling and helpful and the staff were also polite, helpful and smiling. We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location is a 10 minute walk to the HoiAn markets and river and shops but was relatively quiet and we slept very well even though we were in the front room facing the street.

Our stay at Little Town Villa was absolutely beautiful. I tend to be a bit skeptical of very high ratings but they exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal, very close to the old town but away from the crowds; we had everything we needed within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had good privacy. But our favorite place was by far the pool, at nighttime specifically. Between the lights and the perfectly maintained greenery, relaxing there after a day of walking around in the heat genuinely felt like a dream. And finally, I cannot overstate how warm and welcoming the staff were. The breakfast was also delicious – freshly made eggs/pancakes (you pick one dish off the menu) and an incredibly varied buffet consisting of delicious local dishes, pastries, and fresh fruit. As a bonus, they also have a great selection of tours available to book at the front desk. We only went to Ba Na Hills but we had a lovely time and were very happy with our guide.

Really nice place to stay in Hoi An, the room are really nice, big and confortable. The staff is really nice and helpful, they gave us some advices where to eat and it was really really good. They also easily organized for us ticket for attractions and for the bus to Hue. Moreover they speak good english and we made also interesting conversation toghether. The breakfast was really good, a lot of different fruits, vietnamiese specialities to try but you can find also bread, flakes and eggs (omelette, scrambled and others) The owner of the Villa owns also a tailor shop: I ordered two bikini there that are really amazing and for a good price since we were hosts of her place The swimming pool is a plus :) I can only recommend the place!

Was everything perfecr

All the staff were lovely. In particular Thuy and Ahn. We were made to feel like family and they went out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. The hotel owner was also lovely, she even gifted us on departure, which is a beautiful and very appreciated gesture .The team of staff are very small and we’re mostly all lovely. The rooms were beautiful and way above the standard of what we paid. Breakfast was good there were both western and plenty of Vietnamese options, but the fruit selection in the morning was always fresh and plentiful. The staff always ask if you want anything special cooked for breakfast and went out of their way to order us yummy pho for breakfast (they don’t usually have this on the menu. The pool is actually bigger than what we expected and was made great use of during the hot Hoi An summer heat . Overall excellent value for money

There wasn’t a lot to fault about this hotel. If I have to be picky, it was probably further away from market then we imagined. But it was extremely hot when we were there,and we aren’t game enough for motorcycles, so it may have felt further away then it was . Vihn (I think that’s his name , the only male front concierge) can work on his customer service skills. He could see we were checking out and lots of suitcases, given we had to walk down three flights of stairs, he could have at least offered to assist. He’s probably the worst concierge I’ve dealt with in my time in Vietnam . But he wasn’t enough to ruin my stay. I still had a wonderful time Look into tours (prices, and itinerary) before booking with him.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel/villa. The villa is beautiful. From staff, to the location, and the room, everything was wonderful. The staff is very friendly. The owner goes above and beyond. Upon arrival, we had a delicious welcome drink. The location is central, only 5-10 mins walk to Old Town. This villa is also a one stop shop. Literally had everything that we needed. We utilized all the services that they offered: laundry, scooter rental, and tailored outfits from their store(Tan Tan). Wi-Fi is also good, I had to take a few work calls and had zero lag. Words really can’t express how much I adored this place. I would totally come back to this villa when I get a chance to come back to HoiAn!
