Great location in a very scenic tree lined street and only a 5 minute walk to the market and old town area. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and very comfortable. There is really nice relaxing area on the roof which gives you a view right across the town area and is a good place to enjoy a drink or two at the end of the day. Downstairs there is a really nice swimming pool that was very welcome after a day of touring the old town.

Everything in the Villa is new and exceptionally clean and well organised. I really cant fault anything about the place or the staff. Well done to everyone who helped me have a great stay.

Location, architecture and colors. The room was beautiful and well-equipped. The most comfortable bed in the world.

You had to wait for breakfast and there was no service in the evening to buy a drink.

Absolutely brilliant stay! The staff were all lovely and extremely helpful with anything we needed. The location was perfect, right on the edge of the old town and close to everything but not too noisy. The free bike hire was great for us to get around to places that were a little further out of town and the kids loved the pool out the front. Breakfast was great, a choice of Vietnamese dishes and western dishes. We tried most things on the menu during our stay and the favourites were banana pancakes, Pho and the omelette. We were also given a lovely plate of fruit to finish off with every morning. The room was large and clean with a bath and shower, air conditioning and a digital TV so we could log onto Netflix if wanted. We were also provided with umbrellas for our stay which was very handy in the wet season! A very reasonable laundry service is also provided if needed. We will definitely be back on our next visit!

Lovely place, perfect to stay in Hoi An. - As I was travelling with a friend, they upgraded us to a bigger room with two huge single beds, which made our stay even more comfortable. - The location is perfect. You are right outside the old city. On the one hand, it means you avoid the noise and crowd. On the other hand, in 5 min walking you are in old town! - For breakfast, you can choose “a la carte” and it is made on the spot for you. This makes the breakfast much more qualitative than buffet style. One of the only place where we had fresh orange juice! - Staff is very helpful and nice

We stayed at the Villa only one night due to our tour. The room was very spacious and clean in “ colonial style “. Jasmine, the manager ,was super nice and welcoming giving us a lot of infos for our very short visit in Hoi An and organized our transfers. It’s very easy to walk from this place into the ancient town of Hoi An and enjoy the colorful cafes and restaurants along the river or have a ride on a boat. Overall a very nice stay!

One suggestion for the breakfast: there are some choices of continental food for non local people ( no buffet) that you have to order. l recommend to talk with Jasmine directly, as not all the staff speaks English and you may experience some misunderstandings in the orders.

We only stayed 1 night which was booked last minute. We decided to forgo our 1 night stay in Da Nang to stay the extra night in Hoi An as we loved it so much. Unfortunately we couldn't extend at the The Little Riverside Hotel where we were due to them being booked out, so it was great to find this cute hotel only 50 metres away. It was inexpensive and ample for our needs. Had NETFLIX which was a surprise. It had a cute little pool to cool off in at the entrance of the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, probably the most comfortable bed of our 3 week holiday. The included ala carte breakfast was great.

We were on the 2nd floor so not having a lift was a bit of an issue only because of my dodgy knee otherwise it would not have been a problem. The bathroom was a bit tight but fully functional. The air-conditioner wasn't working when we first got in the room but my partner quickly sorted it by cleaning out the filter. It just needed a clean and then it worked perfectly so no issue in the end.

Literally everything! We got the last room available, which happened to be their best room, on the rooftop. It’s called Diamond. It was comfortable, spacious, so well decorated, with a private mini balcony and an outside (sheltered) shower which was SO good. The room was even equipped with silk kimonos. Location is great, a short walk from the old town. Staff helped book the restaurant for us. Free bicycles you can use to go around. At breakfast you can choose between a number of options which are prepared for you in real time. Wish I had had time to try the tiny swimming pool at the front.

There was nothing we didn’t enjoy.

The staff were lovely and the room was spacious with a nice small balcony for people watching. The breakfast was delicious and varied, including local options. I didn't try the pool (tiny and next to reception) but it was scrupulously maintained daily.

The room, while clean, could do with a further dusting. There was a miscommunication about me being able to leave my bags and they were moved to the shoe shop next door before I returned to collect them. The hotel did try to send me a message to let me know on booking but I only received this when I reconnected to the wifi.

So beautiful villa close to the ancient town. The room has really nice decoration, clean. You can choose the Western or Vietnamese breakfast as you like and both of them so yummy. All the staff very friendly, helpful and always there whenever you need.

We booked this hotel very last minute (like 15 min before arriving) due to an issue with our previous hotel. They were very quick to respond and already had the room ready and in excellent condition. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. The area was great, very close to the city center. Breakfast is a la carte, so it takes a bit of time to prepare, but it is delicious!

Not really a negative for us, but the toilet has a sliding door, so if you stay with someone you're not very comfortable with, pay attention to this.
