Quiet room in the villas. The staff were lovely in both hotels. We had the use of both pools in each hotel, one was a roof top with excellent views while the smaller pool at our hotel was quieter and less people and in the shade more than the main hotel, as the days were very hot.

Breakfast while good had to be taken at the sister hotel 30 metres up the road. We were told we had an upgrade at the sister hotel but in fact it was a smaller room right next to the lift. We opted to stay in our original booking and glad we did. Although there was a cockroach found on the 2nd morning. The room was cleaned again, and staff apologetic. Overall a good stay in Hoi an.

It’s a really good hotel with many great qualities. 1) it’s in a great location just a couple blocks from the bustling area of Hoi An. You wouldn’t want to be closer or the crowds and evening noise would be too much, 2) the hotel’s design is in very good taste a mix of traditional and modern design 3) my room was perfect, clean, everything you need and a balcony, 4) the breakfast is a huge spread with so many choices, 5) they have free bikes and 6) an excellent staff, nice, helpful with suggestions always with a smile.

I liked the attention to detail. Welcome drink lemongrass tea not watered down juice, which is the usual. Large pool towels. Good advise on local cafes, coffee shops. Free bicycles to use. 6 different ways to have eggs for breakfast. Changes hot breakfast meals daily. Channel 14 - ABC, so could watch AFL. Staff checked that service, facilities good and keen to hear about ideas for improvement. Sufficient sunlounges around pool. Lovely view over the city from pool. Happy hour cocktail same price as on the street. Staff good English language skills. Staff well trained in customer service. Rooms adequate size and comfortably furnished. At end of street so reasonable quiet. Easy walk to old town.

Staff was fantastic providing excellent information and recommendations on to do items in Hoi An (restaurants , tailor, etc) which we made use off. Great location at a few minutes walk from city center and still quiet enough. Breakfast was great with excellent daily variation. Very good overall price for the accomodation

No remarks - we considered this overall the best place where we stayed during our 2,5 week trip in Vietnam

This is the third time I have stayed here and it gets better and better. The staff remembered me from 4 years ago! Shoutout to Lin and Hannah ☺️ The rooms are huge, the ambience Is perfect and the breakfast as always superb. Thanks again for a wonderful stay, will see you next time. Much love Sam

We had a great stay from the moment we arrived. The room was ready at midday, Lyn greeted us and looked after us very well. She gave us great recommendations, she remembered our names and made sure we were happy. Breakfast was good and the property overall is nice and clean

The hotel was charming with a rooftop pool with a really nice view of the river! All the staff members were fantastic trying to always help over and beyond! There are bicycles so one can go quickly to the old city but otherwise it’s really easy and a nice walk by foot. Very nice and tasty breakfast which slightly changes every day.

Breakfast was great, not enough paying guests yet to have the buffet style breakfast but they provided a set menu breakfast, e.g. American Breakfast, sausage, bacon, eggs, bread rolls, salad and fresh fruit and yoghurt. It was lovely. Room was great and location was good too. I have stayed in Hoi An 5 times and it was a little bit further out of the old time than I have previously stayed but it was fine and the electric taxis are very cheap anyway so if we were tired we just got one of them for 50k to get home.

Staff were lovely, especially the receptionist who was working on the first day we arrived - she gave us the best tips on local restaurants and her recommendations for the old town. Great location - about 10-15 minutes from the old town and super close to the river.

The lack of an elevator is a bit annoying, especially in the heat.

Lovely bright rooms with a balcony. Short pleasant walk into town. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the ladies on reception. We arranged a couple of trips at the hotel and everything was very well organised and on time. The breakfast buffet was excellent.
