Nice little family run hotel with a lovely if slightly cold pool, but very refreshing on super sunny days. The owners were incredibly helpful over message and helped to arrange transport to and from Da Nang for the cheapest prices we saw anywhere! Even locals we spoke to were surprised at the price we were offered the transport at. We were given a free room upgrade to a twin room with a balcony that got wonderful natural light.

Bit close to the Karaoke bar… some people are better off not singing. Shower took a little while to heat up but got there eventually. You do need to ask for the room to be cleaned (best done over message as people are not always easy to find) and for extra water.

Big, clean room with a balcony and effective air-conditioning. The shower was reliably hot (allow about 3 minutes for it to come through though), good location approx 5 minute walk to old town. Next door to a lovely coffee shop. The staff in the hotel were very helpful and did our clothes washing for 50,000/kg and it was clean and smelt fresh, and kindly arranged taxi to Da Nang airport for 250,000.

Breakfast is advertised from 7:30am but couldn't find any staff at that time and had to leave to catch taxi - maybe just warn them ahead if you plan to buy breakfast there :)

The hotel was situated in an excellent location and the staff were really kind and helpful. The use of free bicycles was a lovely touch that I had not expected, especially considering the price! Excellent value for money.

We arrived at around dusk and the windows of our room had been left open by the cleaners, unfortunately this meant that our room was full of mosquitoes, so we spent the first evening having to find and eliminate them. Only a slight discomfort for an overall positive experience!

This was a great villa within walking distance to Hoi an Ancient town. The property was clean with friendly staff. The staff always helped with extra things I needed, such as printing some documents at no extra charge. The room was very spacious with a nice balcony. Pool was a great way to cool off at the end of the day. They also had free bikes to use. Overall we had a great stay, thank you to Silver Moon Villa staff :)

The water pressure in the bathroom is very low.

The location was really good, just a 10/15 minute walk from the main part of Hoi An. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answered any questions we had really quickly. Pool was a great bonus, as were the kitchen facilities. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Could only pay for the stay in cash as they didn’t have a card machine but it wasn’t a big issue.

the property was in great position, initially we wondered where we were but once we realised our location we realised we were in great position. short walk to the old quarter, restaurant and shopping

the room just needed a really good clean , under bed and door to the balcony.

Great value for money, lovely friendly staff. Very clean, WiFi works well and everything is walking distance

Not a criticism of the hotel as the location is great but it can be difficult to find unless you have google maps on your phone so buy a local SIM card, it will be invaluable wherever you go in Vietnam

The hotel was in a good location, easy to walk or cycle into the old city. They property also had free bikes to rent too. The bed was comfortable too. It was clean.

The shower was either very very hot or cold. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. There was also a hole in our ceiling.

Good location, walkable to everything in the old town but still quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable and staff always ready to help you. I would highly recommend this stay.

The lady on reception was very nice and welcoming. Helped us arrange a tour and a taxi and kept in touch on whatsapp during our visit. The hotel has a pool and offers free access to bicycles during your stay. 10 min walk from old town, would recommend. Very cheap too
