We loved our stay here❤️❤️! All the staff, and in particular, Ha, Hien, Ugea and Van made our stay personalised, their service was 5 ⭐️. They even bought me a birthday cake and sung to me. This boutique hotel is clean and away from the noisy hustle and bustle, but within an easy stroll to everything. It is also great value compared to other hotels close by. Free bikes made it easy to get around. The pool was so lovely that we stayed and had lunch. We used the day spa. There’s a great mix of food options for everyone from breakfast through to dinner. I didn’t want to leave, I would highly recommend this hotel!!

The location was brilliant, a few minutes away from the busy centre but really peaceful and calm. The room was incredible, so luxurious and comfy beds. The river view was brilliant and added to the stay. We couldn’t be more grateful to the staff (Suong, Than, Chau) who gave us so much insider knowledge about Hoi An, the best shops to visit, times to go, etc. They were so lovely to chat too and always smiled and helped us when we needed. They also were so kind after a stressful journey to Hoi An and helped us relax on arrival. We rented a scooter from reception and it was really easy and we were given a demonstration as first timers. Cycle bikes also free and great quality. The pool was also a highlight, although on a colder day was a bit of a shock, on a better day it would be a great spot to relax. Breakfast was fresh and loads of choice.

Lovely stay at the riverside with beautiful views, a very comfortable room and great location 10-15’ walking from the city center. Suong and Ha as well as the whole team were extremely friendly and professional, they welcomed me like family! In the morning they even called me in the room to make sure I was not missing breakfast! 😃😻 I strongly recommend this lovely boutique and family style hotel. Thank you again dear team!

The property is very close to the old town and the river view from our room was amazing. The staff were very courteous and friendly especially Vy Na and Phi Phi. The bicycles are readily available whenever we wanted. The Coconut Basket boat ride was also arranged as a complimentary

It was a bit costly

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, bright and decorated really nicely. Lovely big bathrooms and very clean. The pool area is also lovely. Beds were very comfortable. Restaurant wasn’t really in use as it was quiet so soon after re-opening but the restaurant area and bar was lovely. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Would recommend including breakfast in your stay if possible as most places to eat are in or around the old town which is a 15 min walk or short taxi ride away.

The best hotel we stayed in Vietnam. Very friendly staff (kudos to Chau), very helpful and willing to help with any question.issue. Location is great, rooms are very clean. View was exceptional. Pool very nice, Massage very good. Free bikes, scooters for rent (very affordable). No doubt a recommendation for everybody staying in Hoi An

Roosters in the neighborhoods waking us too early !

Very good location, walking distance to Hoi An Ancient Town. The staff too were all very accommodating and caring. They even took note that it was my mother’s birthday and surprised her with a complimentary cake.

Nice and friendly staff! Great location. Quite area but still close to the centre of Hoi An. Rooms are basic but comfortable.

Security should be improved! Guard was sleeping every night while door of hotel was open. Pool area is too small.

Good location, not immediately in the town centre, but a short walk from all the touristy streets, quiet area with a view. Nice, big clean and modern room. Comfortable bed and nice pool area although it was too cold to use for our stay.

Breakfast could be better (including the coffee)
