Hoiana Suites Hotel exceeds all expectations and is a peaceful place. The service was (almost) impeccable: from the friendly and warm welcome to the farewell after eight nights. The Deluxe Ocean View Suite was beautiful and spacious with a fantastic view of the garden and the ocean. It had a beautiful and large balcony with lounge chairs, a bathroom with tub and shower, walk-in closet and living room with bar. Super friendly staff wherever you go. Breakfast was fresh and sufficient, but in a hotel of this league you would probably expect a richer selection. And absolutely must mention the gym, which was super bright, well equipped and from the 16th floor offered a 240 degree view of the surrounding area and the ocean. The hotel is located about 15 min drive south of Hoi An, but on weekends (Friday-Sunday) a transfer was offered to the city center (expected to be extended to weekdays as well). The towel service at the pool was slow, or partially non-existent.

The executive sea view king suites are spacious and well appointed, with a pleasing fit out. The balcony affords a beautiful view of the ocean (at least from the 15th floor). The pool area on level 16 is a treasure - I was lucky enough to practically have it all to myself. A range of restaurants in the hotel catering to various tastes. 24 hour room service. Professional and courteous staff.

Nitpicking, but the "semi automatic" door was annoying, as you have to wrestle it closed all the time. Lighting is confusing - so many buttons in so many room, I was itching for an "all lights off" button by the bed. Mirrors are in odd places. Exorbitant prices for mini bar, even by hotel standards - more expensive than my home country of Australia. A significant distance from Hoi An old town, and not readily serviced by Grab (equivalent to uber), so expect to pay taxi prices. It's a maze of buildings and not easy for some drivers to find you. I didn't realise it was a casino, so if you have an ethical problem with casinos keep this in mind.

The decor, fixtures and fittings of the room surpassed our expectations. The room was better than the photos. The staff were always on hand, seeking to serve and ensure our every need was met. The food was very good and there was plenty of choice and the beach was always clean. We'd love to go back.

As the property becomes more busy, as it is very new, they will put on more shuttle buses to the Ancient town of HoiAnn, which will be helpful.

The staff and the comfort of the hotel were amazing. The food was excellent, a few more options for the breakfast buffet would make it exceptional. I would imagine that will develop as the hotel fully opens.

There is nothing to not like about the property, the only downside is the distance from Hoi An and the lack of smaller eateries/shops around the hotel. Fortunately we had a bike so we were able to access the town.

Such a gorgeous hotel, with high class facilities. The attention to detail was phenomenal. A welcome bunch of roses , fruit, and other treats in the room to make the stay extra special. The cocktail bar in the room is a nice touch! And the Nespresso coffee machine too! The decor is beautiful , each room is like a mini apartment with a view overlooking the ocean! The breakfast was delicious and high quality food. Loved it all! We will be back again for sure!
