-Beautiful resort with great amenities, views and friendly and helpful staff. -Breakfast buffet was wonderful and plentiful, lots of different options. Highchairs available for kids -The pool is large, clean and great amount of chairs and lounges around to relax on. Towels always available. -Staff very helpful and friendly. -Bedrooms were great size and very comfortable beds, great air conditioning for the hot, humid weather. -kids play room was fantastic for our 16mo daughter. -we got Grab cars into town which was easily done, there is always taxis around to take you into Hoi An centre, it’s an easy 20min drive from the resort. -mini mart opposite resort for water, icecreams, some essential items.

-there are giant blow up pool toys that are only available for hire. This seems to be an unnecessary and unreasonable cost.

The best things about VinPearl were the staff, the food, the pool, the spa, and the general ambiance. I thought it was quite comfortable. The resort has a luxurious feel to it, especially in the common areas. The pool is huge, and the beach, though small, is nice. Meals are amazing; if you want something you don't see at breakfast, (for me it was vegetarian phô) just ask and they'll make it up for you in the kitchen! Room service was delicious as well. I had a great massage ( with Ann, or Ahn) and she very much listened to me and responded to my specific needs. The concierge was very accommodating, ordering shuttles for me and giving advice. I bought a beautiful dress in the dress shop at a very reasonable price!

My only complaint, and it's a silly one, is that entering the room I was disappointed in the faux-wood floors. That to me kind of cheapened the room.

It was everything that I would expect from an International Hotel. The staff was so friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely big bedroom. Huge sparkling clean pool. Good spa.

There was a lack of information available from any staff about what was going on in the nearby town of Hoi An. (And there were many things that went on). Nothing about cycle or moped hire. No maps. No literature about what the hotel had to offer. It also had a golf course nearby according to to the bedroom TV screen, but no one seemed to know anything about it. Also it should have been made clear that the hotel was 8 kilometres from Hoi An.

we stayed in the villa with pool and the property is amazing, the size of a small house. Right now the price is right, 40% of what it was before covid. it’s a short 10 min trip into town and a perfect spot if you want to relax. If you want to be in the heart or Hoi An it’s not for you. Also, having the mini mart across the road from Vinpearl was great - alcohol, chips etc.. just want out for the expiry date, we got some stuff that was past it due date and wasn’t eatable.

it’s a little run down and it’s a shame. COVID has really hurt the resort and the street is full or abandoned hotels.

The property was beautifully decorated and landscaped. The villas were spacious and luxurious. The private pool in each villa was an incredible feature.

Several things weren’t working in the Villa—we had to call for help with the A/C and TV. The outside light also didn’t work in one of the villas. In general, the property could use a little care.

We stayed in a Villa and it was amazing! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. we had a private bbq at our villa one night which exceeded our expectations, it was a magical experience!

It is a long way out of town and they don’t offer complimentary shuttle service so it can get expensive having to pay for taxis to and from town. Having said that we loved the peace and quiet being out of town, and we wanted to spend time relaxing by the pool which was perfect.

The property was homely, nice decorations, spacious, had everything what you will require. Nice pool. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Yuri at the counter was so helpful with providing us a lot information which we felt so useful. The spa staff were excellent.

There was nothing that we didn’t like

The hotel thought of everything a guest would require and were anxious to find out if they could be of further help. The restaurant staff, particularly Daisy, were very helpful in guiding us on Vietnamese food.

The patisserie held onto cakes too long and they became dry.

The location is right in front of beach with private beach and property is spread across few acres with all the villas. the swimming pool and morning breakfast were highlights. very spacious room including service were amazing.

hotel charged us for one broken cup which was by accident in balcony area due to wind. we were happy to pay but never had this sort of charge before.

We had a wonderful time staying at Vinpearl Hoi An. The hotel itself (Hannah in particular )and service was outstanding. We will most definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and keen to stay at another Vinpearl property on our next visit to Vietnam.

There was no WiFi in our room 7417 which made researching things to do a difficult, but we just used it at breakfast.
