We enjoy 2nights stayed here. The resort itself is in a lovely property that is in top condition, luxury and very clean. Our room was upgrade to ocean view, very comfortable bed, well appointed and impressived decor. The lobby's taff we met during our visit were friendly and highly professional. They were always willing and able to offer assistance. We used Spa on the last night here and the body treatment were relaxing and nice. Thanks to the management and staff for making this such a wonderful place to visit. We have no hesitation in highly recommending the Bliss.

PERFECT resort for visit Hoi An. Our room was stayed spotless and well appointed, comfort, large, balcony and nice view. Swimming Pool area could do with a little more atmosphere during the day, front of and private beach. it's plus service for this property. Could not fault anything great, accomodation, facilities, breakfast and kind staff who would go out of your way to help. All in all, great resort and I would not hesitate to recommend and stay there again

We chose this wonderful resort to spend a week with family and friends to celebrate my birthday. The Resort is only 12 months old, it is located 20 min from Hoi An and 1 hour drive from Danang (airport). There is a Spa Center, small gym, and a variety of services at the Spa to choose from, such as foot, thai, reflexology massages, sauna, steam room, etc. The beach is 100 metres walk from the rooms, and the property features a large ipool. The gym is really small, it wasn’t great but they are building a new one. We stayed in a family deluxe room, featuring 2 levels, 2 balconies. Our friends were in a bungalow near the pool, which was a great accommodation. The restaurant offered buffet breakfast, a la carte menu, ice cream station. We found the food to be tasty, fresh ingredients, great flavours, we tried many different dishes which were all really good. Whilst lazing around by the pool, we ordered meals and drinks at the nearby bar and ate by the pool. The service was mostly good, they are generally trying to help you, sometimes the language barrier lets them down, and you can have thebreakdown in communications. They cleaned the room every day, they were very attentive at the restaurant and generally tried hard to deliver good service. I think the room for improvement is in providing better training to the waiting staff, they were lost at times, as well as helping them with English, those they were the main gaps. I would also like to sincerely thank the restaurant staff and the GM ( Dutch lady) for the gesture organising a little birthday cake on my my actual birthday date. And big thanks to Van, the Manager for making our stay special. 💯❤️✅

A wonderful place surrounded by a beautiful garden. I loved the sound of the frogs in the evening. Super attentive and friendly staff all around (special thanks go to the front office staff: Phi and Hiu :-). The deluxe ocean view rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a nice balcony. The bungalows, on the other hand, are stunning. They are located around the pool area and offer ocean views. The outdoor shower is great and eye catching. It is amazingly peaceful and I would definitely return. The breakfast was delicious and offered both Asian and Western food.

In my experience it is a bit noisy in all room types as it echoes in the staircase/aisle.

It’s a beautiful place with very friendly and helpful staff. We love the location as it is right by the beach. The hotel runs free shuttle bus to Hoi An old town, which is perfect to spend a few hours exploring and have a meal. There’s an early morning fish market not far from the hotel. My husband and I enjoyed experiencing the local life there. Our daughter had an accident breaking off one of the finger nails while playing volleyball in the pool. Phuen( not sure about my spelling) and a driver took us to the local hospital straight away. Phuen stayed with us as a translator until my daughter had been treated. She was extremely patient and helpful to explain to the doctor on duty of her medical background. She also kindly accompanied us to the hospital the day after to change the dressing on my daughter’s finger. They went beyond their duty to help us. We were all extremely grateful!

It was lovely place. the employees are really kind. We made a reservation a cozy room with ocean view. In our first day, We faced on small problem but they took a action immediately. I believe that the resort is one of the perfect place in Hoi an. The swimming pool was also perfect. It is separated between adult zone and kids zone. Aside from the great infinite pool, the pool bar was nice. I know, this resort is so far from Hoi an old town but if you stay here, you will have no choice but to choose it. Breakfast & Pool & Spa & Room everything was great! Thank you for giving us beautiful memory.

We came here for the last day of our vacation in Hoi An, and it was a wonderful idea to end our stay in this area like this, this time calmly, peacefully and pleasantly, compared to the intensity and colors of Hoi An. There are shuttles from the hotel to the center of Hoi An 3 times a day. Back and forth. The place is about a 20-minute drive away (you can also rent a motorcycle and get around) The pool is huge and wonderful. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, helpful and kind, they willingly responded to every request, they let us extend our departure time and upgraded us to a bungalow which was magical! And all with a smile. The place is more beautiful in reality than in the pictures. We strongly recommend the bungalow for couples

Hot and humid at the end of May... to their credit, the air conditioning in the room works all the time efficiently (even when you are not in the room, it does not turn off, and so it is always cool and pleasant when you enter the room)

Where to Begin. I do not normally leave reviews but for this time I had to make an exception. I have no words to describe the level of professionalism, politeness and care that the staff have shown us through out our spectacular stay. Honestly we have traveled alot and never have we witnessed this level of care / attentiveness/ dedicated and polite staff especially Ben from front desk / reception. What a breath of fresh air. Everything was just THAT great. The food , the views , the free shuttle service , the impeccable well kept resort. EVERYTHING. Well done and thank you so much for making our stay one to remember . Bliss Hoi An is a fantastic hotel, that I can only give my best recommendations. The hotel is quite new and it shows. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, and the entire property is beautifully established and kept. The breakfast was to die for, really really good, and we could almost eat so much that we didn't need lunch. The food in the restaurant was generally good (and you can sometimes fear a lack of quality when you are stuck in a hotel with no other food options around, but that was not the case here). Also the staff was extremely attentive, welcoming and nice. Can also recommend the spa treatments, and an additional cherry on top, we were invited to complimentary "afternoon tea" one day with a selection of snacks and Vietnamese sweets and cookies, which were interesting to try. The hotel also offered activities such as day trips to Hoi An and other nearby sights, but as we came directly from Hoi An, we didn't participate in any of these.

It's difficult to find anything negative to say about Bliss, as the resort was amazing - and I really don't want to comment negatively on the staff as they were all so nice and service-minded, but we did experience a few minor miscommunications, as the level of English is not as high for all the staff (however, I'm sure that this will be improved in the months to come, as the place is still quite new). Another comment is that the hotel is quite isolated, so not a lot of interesting things to walk to, and the nearby village not the most interesting to explore, so be prepared to just stay and relax at this wonderful place (or take the organized day trips).

I must says this resort indeed has great 5 star service from pick up at airport, check in at lobby, restaurant, swimming pool front of sea...check in was fast, friendly and efficient. The staff were so helpful and kind - helpingwith transport, recommendation and booking. Our room stayed are really good size, luxury and its definitely worth paying to get a room with a ocean view, balcony. I also used the Spa service at the property & I am not lying when I say it was best full body i've ever had in my life. The swimming pool area is very comfortable, big and clean. Would stay here again

Private beach however the weather of HoiAn in autumn is water cold, not fresh but the resort were luxury, comfortable and great service
