We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hoiana New World Beach Resort in Vietnam, and it was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Their attentiveness, efficiency, and friendliness were unmatched, and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were especially wonderful with our daughter, ensuring she had an amazing time too. The resort’s facilities are world-class. We had a beautiful room on the top floor with stunning views of the property and ocean. We loved the outdoor games, the stunning pool complete with a waterslide, and the beach just steps away, where activities were hosted daily. The breakfast buffet was a true highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff greeted us warmly every morning, adding a personal touch to our day. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the resort surprised us with a beautiful torte and a handwritten note on our first day, congratulating us on the occasion. To our delight, after a delicious dinner at their Italian restaurant, Obiltan, we returned to find another exquisite cake and note in our room, thanking us for our stay. These thoughtful gestures made the experience even more memorable. The shuttle service into Hoi An was convenient and made exploring the area easy, even though the resort is a little out of town. The staff and their level of customer service was truely the highlight. Shuttle bus to Hoi An could be a little more frequent, however Grab is easy to use and cheap enough to get in and out of town.

This is the one place where photo's don't do it justice. Everything was simply amazing and I could not recommended this accommodation high enough, You have to stay here and enjoy this resort and if you love golf that's just a bonus. Its perfect for singles, family's and couples. As soon as we checked in the staff were amazing but a special shout out to Kristen Pham who looked after us our whole stay over the week, she's an absolute star!!! Cant speak more highly of her. Even when we checked out we went to another hotel and still came back to New World Hoiana and Kristen helped sort us out instantly. Thank you so much to everyone there and next time we are back we will 1000% be staying here again :)

It was great to do our check-in at the hotel room with Ms Mai. She was very patient , she provided excellent assistance to our requests . Our room was very spacious with a lovely view of the sea, we liked to chill at the breezy balcony anytime of the day. All Staff were very nice, very helpful, and very pleasant. The service they provided was fantastic. The swimming pool was inviting, we spent an entire day relaxing at the pool , we liked the sheltered daybeds. The beach was clean and quiet. It was very relaxing to feel the breeze and watched the waves. We tried the food at the various restaurants, the food was good. We liked the different varieties of the breakfast spread at Blend, we liked the baked fish and salmon from the Cove Bar and Grill at the poolside , we also liked the Tiramisu at Nox Beach Club Osteria restaurant. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at New World Hoiana Beach Resort.

I think it’s a bit far from the airport and the city area.

Everything was lovely, the grounds very well keep, plenty of options for bars and restaurants, the swimming pools were very clean with plenty of sun loungers, the room was just perfect, great size , very clean and comfortable, the view was just amazing. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful, very smiley . The free shuttle minibus to Hoi An town was great, as we went out mainly every day. The hotel did exceed our expectations. We couldn’t fault anything, definitely recommend and will go back soon

Food at the restaurants was a bit pricey

We got a room type upgrade due to our anniversary celebration. The hotel come with a private beach with very fine sand which is great for the kids. Swimming pool is excellent and with lots of kids-friendly facilities to play with. Breakfast at Blend are with high quality and comfortable environment. We request for late check out till 3pm due to bad weather and the hotel is very kind to accept our request. Casino and shops are available just right under New World Hoiana Beach Resort and the Hoiana Hotel and Suites. Cong Coffee is located at Hoiana Residence which you can request a buggy to take you there. Much better than the crowded shop in the Da Nang Down Town. We would like to visit the hotel soon.

The kids club is a bit small than our expected with limited facilities for the kids to do in the weekdays. Ceramic painting only allow 1 no. per room which is inconvenient to family with more than 1 kid. The variety of food is less when compare to other 5 star hotel. Shuttle bus services to Hoi On area is available but shuttle bus to airport is with limited timing and need to get that at the Hoiana Residence which means you need to carry your luggage on the buggy.

The rooms are very well equipped with big balcony overlooking the resort and sea. Staff are very attentive and friendly. The pool area is beautiful. Two good slides for kids and a foam party for one hour on friday, Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast was excellent. Shuttle bus service to the old town. Children's play area is also very nice (although outdoor is better than indoor and it gets a bit hot outside to use it). Beautiful beach club area with very good restaurants. Beach is also lovely and well-maintained.

Price is a little higher than other hotels , but it is because of the quality provided. No kids club to supervise kids below 6 (it would be useful even if just for 1-2 hours to have kids age 3-6 supervised so parents can go to gym or spa). No diving at the pool because is not that deep (which is probably good for many people and safety). Location is 1hr (depending on traffic) from airport.

Beautiful, grand property with really big rooms, great views and excellent swimming pools. We were really impressed with how clean, well manicured, stylish and tastefully decorated the resort is - both inside and outside. You can sense the quality of finishings and amenities throughout, even in the public restrooms. Lots of options at breakfast to suit Asian and Western tastes. Food and drinks at all venues were high quality. Lucky Court cantonese restaurant was really good, ate there several times, and fairly priced. The food court was good too. Lovely service from all staff, especially Brian and Jay at NOX Beach Club. Excellent happy hour offering at Nox with 50% off many food and drink items from 5-7 pm. Unfortunately, the beach club was quite empty the 3 nights we were there so the atmosphere could have been better. The free shuttle service to Danang Airport was great too --- excellent driving by the driver. (Tip: head to the lobby 45 minutes in advance to get the shuttle. It's first come, first served with only 16 seats. You first have to take the buggy to the neighboring hotel to catch the shuttle.) Beautiful, clean, quiet beach with kid-friendly waves and shallow water. Lifeguards on duty though they do get distracted helping guests to take photos... which could be considered both a pro and a con. We really appreciated that the hotel provided a wheelchair for my mother's use free of charge throughout our stay. Really big, nice kids club but it was very empty while we were there. Good that they have a 24 hour mini mart on-site as there is nothing available outside the hotels on the street.

The breakfast offered a lot of options and fresh foods but the taste of cooked items didn't always live up to expectations. The food looked better than it tasted, i.e. the dim sum, Asian dishes and broccolini for instance. The pho was great though. Food at other venues like the Beach Club was better than food at breakfast. The spa was prohibitively overpriced. The hotel can do more to make it wheelchair accessible as the big, heavy doors were very hard to navigate with a wheelchair, with nothing to prop them open and no automatic doors. No F&B service on the beach though there are some lounge chairs with umbrellas. The restrooms would be better with hooks in the stalls for hanging purses, etc.

It was so clean , convenient and full of activities for families morning and night. the staff were super nice and helpful they communicated with me by whats up app and did all the reservations that i needed like the spa and the kids club i didn’t have to contact directly they did it for me by a simple text on the app , so while i’m in the swimming pool or the beach i can manage my next activity,, they also texted me every morning and updated me with weather so i can plan my day , i found this super helpful and kind and special, they also gave me a welcome gift a delicious treat with a warm welcome card that touched my heart.. i felt so happy with them i totally recommend for everyone had a chance to visit

The breakfast spread is awesome and tasty. The location is nice, though everything is a bit far. Overall, the entire hotel is tastefully decorated and designed.

Beware that the hotel will charge you for anything additional. You are given two bottles of water per day, and that’s it. If you request a third bottle of drinking water, you will be charged. Additionally, the check-out time is 11 AM. If you call the operators to extend it by just one hour to 12 noon, they will tell you that a colleague will get back to you regarding whether your request is approved. However, there is no indication of when this colleague will respond, leaving you to wait in your room indefinitely.

Everything was perfect! The facilities are brand new, the staff is always close by, ready to help, with a smile. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer an amazing sea view. The shuttle to Hoi An is very easy to use and runs sufficiently often to allow you to enjoy the old town at your pace. I highly recommend visiting the city. We were told the hotel was full but it didn’t feel that way, except perhaps at breakfast: I suggest trying to get there early to avoid the crowds. The food is delicious: I highly recommend going for Vietnamese dishes, the Pho and Cao Lau are really good. The kids really enjoyed the slides at the pool and the kids’ club.
