Excellent location right next to old town and by the river. Hotel itself very pleasant with lovely pool area,and the staff all very attentive and helpful. Beds are amazing.....so large and comfortable. Housekeeping staff created elephants and pigs from towels which we found delightful and clever. Breakfast moe than satisfactory.

We stayed in 2 separate rooms (1 room for 2 nights and another for 3) because our plans changed and we arrived at Hoi An early. However 1st room had a very musty smell which after a while you get used to but hits you on entering the room. We tolerated it because everything else was ok. This was 3rd floor , facing the town. The room we had after,facing pool was perfect. The bar area could do with a little bit of pep talk, as it was quiet, a little tired and not always staff around. WiFi was rather hit and miss unless in reception. Overall, these are minor points and our stay was great.

We had 5 relaxing nights here and would recommend it to others. We found Delightful kind staff who were very helpful Large swimming pool where we swam every day. Lovely spacious room with a balcony. Great location. Only minutes walk to the old town. Very good breakfast Could hire pushbikes from the hotel.

Noticeable lack of hooks in the room to hang things on. Plenty of space to put a few in.. Only two coathangers in the wardrobe. Safe box. Old fashioned as it required you to use a key and then take the key with you instead of just using a coded number.

The staff were exceptional. They surpassed expectations. The breakfast was average for a western visitor, designed for the Chinese market I think. The location was great. You would not want to be any closer to the Old Town if you like a quiet night. We would stay again.

Karaoke very loud from the edge of old town. The motel had no control over this so it is not under their control. 2 night in 7 this has to be expected.

Very good central location on the main riverside. Very helpful staff, very spacious rooms.

Stayed here a year ago and loved it, but felt breakfast choice had gone back. I arrived on New Year’s Eve and disco music was pounding out from nearby hotels from 5 pm when I just needed some rest. It was the only night this happens apparently. No soap provided in the handbasins, you had to carry/transfer it from the shower if you simply wanted to wash your hands… unbelievable!

Everything here is amazing! The hotel is in a great loaction. The bed was super comfy, not so hard like a lot of vietnamese hotels. The room was very modern and super clean with a great shower and bathroom set up. Breakfast has a great selection of things, plus there is a cook if you want something else. WiFi is very fast. I got a free room upgrade when I arrived. I also rented a motorbike through the hotel at a good price. But mostly the staff are fantastic. Couldn't find nicer, more accommodating people that all spoke english well. I will just stay here everytime I'm back from now on. 10/10.

The hotel location is superb, just a short walk to the ancient town. Room is clean. Buffet breakfast is good too.

The hotel is old, but maintained well. The room has very "old" style of amenities, for example, do not have sleeping light, shower room has no partition, so the washroom will be completely wet after each showering. The hair dryer is very old model, took very very long time to dry my hair.

It has a very grand feeling to the hotel. Lovely architecture and fittings. Close to the Old Town plus if you walk into the streets behind the hotel there are plenty of smaller shops and businesses. Loved being next to the canal. Breakfast was very nice.

Parking was a challenge, even for a scooter. When we got back after dinner the entrance to the hotel was blocked by vehicles. Luckily the staff were amazing and arranged for our scooter to be parked elsewhere securely.

Best spot in Hoi An for such a great price close to everything. Great facilities with great staff. Staff were super helpful at hosting your stay from transport, scooter hire, recommendations, laundry services and much more. Buffet breakfast was delicous. Lets not forget how much they go over and beyond to help you out, they would hear me coming on my scooter and park it up for me and get it ready to leave 😊 and spoil my daughter with fresh iced fruit juice 😍

The location was on the river very close to the Old Quarter. The hotel rooms were spacious, the bed was very comfortable, our room had a balcony so it was nice to sit there in the afternoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat in close proximity to the Hotel.

The shower was not designed very well.

Lots of little problems - 2 sinks with neither plug working and no hot water on one, electric socket that did not work, internet very poor and a shirt I sent to the laundry came back with stains on that had not been there before sending! These were all sorted quickly by the staff but should not really have had that many little things going wrong.
